I bought a Brabantia 30L rubbish bin 9 years ago. A while ago the lid mechanism went faulty. I still had my purchase slip so I contacted Brabantia. They ask for a pic of the faulty mechanism which I emailed to them and without any problem they replaced my bin. This is why I pay a bit more for Brabantia products, service like thus most definitely justifies it. Thank u again to all who were involved in replacing my bin. The item I bought, an ironing board cover of a specific size for a specific ironing board, was delivered promptly to my home. I must add the cover was for a steel ironing board that we bought more than a decade ago from Brabantia. This is not the first cover, but the first bought online. I tried to buy a replacement cover from the store from which I bought the ironing board and other covers, but the store had no stock.
