Theres a huge selection, its reasonably priced, fresh produce comes well packed and its delicious! The customer service is also pretty incredible. Buyfresh is my trip to the shops from home!

I have been using Buyfresh for a few weeks now and I have been really impressed with the quality of the produce. The fact that they have such a good range of food from veg, to free range meat to pantry items means that there are very few things that I still need to head to the shops for. Their packaging is also mostly biodegradable and you can return the boxes and ice packs when your next order is delivered. All round an excellent service.

This grocery delivery service has worked really well for us, especially during isolation. The produce is fresh, and the best-before dates are far ahead enough that the goods keep well in the fridge for a few days. Plus its always nice to know that one is buying sustainable and ethically sourced produce. Delivery within a day or two was easy to arrange, and the delivery persons were willing to accommodate contact-free drop off with no hassle. I would recommend this service!

Was slow to try them at first but with weekly great specials and customer loyalty coupons galore I just had to try. My fresh produce came in biodegradable packaging and avocados ( ripe and ready) without a bruise. Chicken was packed separately from veg, food safety in mind. My pesto and sauces all neatly arranged to not damage any produce and kept cold with ice packs. The delivery guy was professional and very polite. With my second order I had a bit of problem with delivery date setting online but with their live chat the problem was solved instantly. Ive placed two orders with Buyfresh and will certainly order from them again. They have a well designed website with a quality selection of items, reasonable prices and their online checkout is quick and painless. They are quick to respond to questions about items and Proteins are shipped with an ice pack for temperature control.It would be helpful if product descriptions let customers know if proteins are fresh or frozen so customers dont double freeze an item but in the end it all works out.Aside from a few small hiccups with their delivery company (I believe they use Picup), Im a big fan of Buyfresh and recommend them to anyone that enjoys purchasing from hard working local farmers and butchers.

Bought from Buyfresh for the second time! What a pleasure... firstly everything was delivered on-time - great for preparing for guests. Quality of produce was exceptional, especially the fruit and veg. I was also impressed with the quality of the meat - the deboned chicken thighs were good.In addition, the cherry on the top was their adoption of biodegradable cornstarch-based packaging for the majority of the products. This really makes it worth ordering from them over the larger supermarkets.

However I was sent a code to apply to my order placed yesterday of THANKYOU50 which would not take. I placed the order anyway and chose the collect option rather than take delivery Thursday to cover on what I missed out. Minor irritant.
