Best service & great pricing for travel - you cannot beat it. I called a customer service agent and she (thank you Ferouza!!!) answered all my questions quickly and professionally. They tailored my insurance need by reducing all unnecessary spend items which reduced my costs by > 30% compared to what I paid last time I travelled. I don’t normally write reviews but this service really was jaw dropping that I just had to. We had planned an overseas trip and made use of Hepstar for our travel insurance, the reason why you do this is to make provision for the unforeseen . This insurance just turned their back on you with the outbreak,The outbreak is quite unforeseen in my opinion especially if this insurance was required in November 2019. If a country is going into a lock down I cannot take this trip no matter what.I will never make use of this insurance again, they are not honorable and trustworthy in conducting business. Outsurance here is a great opportunity for you.

Brilliant Service ! This was the first time Ive taken out travel insurance despite travelling frequently , and luckily i did ! Stay away as far as you can form this company. Not only are they dishonest about what they do. You are not an ecommerce company, you offer cheap no good travel insurance, simple as that. When you submit a claim they offer every excuse in the book not to pay. what is worse they post fake reviews.

We recently approached Hepstar for travel insurance and found the service to be very professional and the products to be really competitively priced.

Funny how Hepstar all of a sudden has 3 5 star reviews after complaints against them at Travel Insurance Ombudsman for refusing to pay out flight cancellations, citing Covid as the reason.

Avoid this company at all costs. Submitting a claim for a windshield chip on a rentel car. I have submitted to them now already a pre-inspection report, post-inspection report, invoices, bank statements, contracts and anything else you can think of, on more than one occcassion. It takes them weeks to reply to emails. Now after months they want a picture of the winshield chip. Make sure you have good emotional intelligence before dealing with this company.

It is extremely difficult to make a claim with this company. We had a medical incident while traveling and they ask that you go back to your previous docter to write a report of you previous 5 visits + your previous 6 months medical history. They want so many different pieces of documentation to discourage you from claiming from them.Think twice before getting travel insurance with them.
