My experience with Windowline started in 2014. It was a good one. However, my most recent experience has been absolutely appalling. A door they manufactured broke. I asked them to assist with replacing it and this took two and a half months. During this time, I had a door that could not close properly or lock and my emails went unanswered as were the telephone calls.The door they eventually manufactured was exactly the same as the old door, with exactly the same issue, despite a query on the drawing regarding the fixing and suitability of the method they had drawn. Needless to say, within days, the same old issue emerged and pieces were bending in anticipation of total failure - yet again. The door is finally operational with modifications that should have been made at the beginning. This has been wholly unsatisfactory experience.
