The communication is excellent, the guys always call to ensure it is convenient to come out, if we book a service it is done almost immediately. The only thing Im sorry about is that I did not discover Brano earlier. Our Somfy garage door system was installed at least a decade ago by someone else, and when one of our remotes became faulty, I was so happy when I did not get the standard answer: Old technology, you need to replace. In less than 24 hours we had someone at our door programming new remotes for us. Thank you, thank you, I will be back.

They had all the info needed and had said they would gladly fix my door.I had taken time off work to be at home for them to fix and then they refuse as its not a garage door that can be automated or some excuse to cover up the fact that they are not knowledgeable enough, or skilled enough

Upon your request for a repair to your door operator we assumed the type of door it is fitted to would be “Suitable Type for Automation” of garage door as it was already installed to a garage door. Unfortunately this was not the case when our service team arrived on site and assessed your garage door. We would have gladly carried out the repair as per our prior correspondence with you, however the SABS –IEC 60335-2-95 and our own understanding of the mechanics of door you have installed in your home prevents us from doing so. Your “TIP IN” Type of garage door should never have been automated. We were only made aware of this when we arrive on site. Please contact me should you require any further information or assistance.
