Anglo Windows recently installed some windows for us in our block of flats. I was very impressed with their service. It was professional, speedy and efficient.

Poor service

I contacted them on Monday 24th Feb for a quotation. I then followed up yesterday and was told it will be emailed to me first thing in the morning. I am still waiting. In that time I had several companies quiting me less than 24hours. Maybe they dont need my business

This company is not willing to service their own windows if installed more than 5 years ago, as they only keep record of their customers up to 5 years ago. I havent encountered such a stupid company policy anywhere ever, and because of this they do not deserve to be in business.

Was not impressed with the installation at all. Bad quality due to scew windows, huge gaps and nails sticking out on the sides as well as knocking in the nails scew. No foreman on sight, evetually after contacting anglo windows one was sent. Very untidy work. Super dissapointed.

Absolutely pathetic service. 3 days for a quote apparently. HAHA. still waiting for someone just to phone be back. Empty promises, no service. Only gave them the one star so i could write the review, but they dont even deserve that.
