I requested a quote for a new kitchen build. I sent them my house/kitchen dimensions as required, together with my colour, material and addons of choice. I was promised a 2 week turnaround time for them to draw a detailed 3d sketch incorporating my choices and qoute. 3 weeks paased without hearing from them. I then initiated a follow up call where I was promised that my designs and qoute wiuld be ready in 48hrs. My wife and I visited thier display office in Highway Park after 48 hours. On entering tbe premises, we were met with an unprofessional, unfriendly, cold reception. The gent (Abdul) attending to us made us sit for abiut 5 minutes as he attended to other work on his laptop. He finally asked us to come ovet to his desk as he could not accommodate us where we were seated. We were around to his desk, standing over his shoulder (we were not offered seats). He then showed us some ameaturish images in his laptop, which were poor in quality, barel legible, tiny size, did not have any of our requirements with regards to colour, material, extras. To add to this pathetic excuse of a design, they did not even use the correct dimensions as per our house plans. It was clearly a last minute job. That was not the end of it, when we asked for a qoute, we were told that they cant give us an indicative qoute until we had selected our colour and material. Mind you, this is exactly whay we did in our first consulation. The whole experience was so underwhelming, especially having their competitors to compare to, whom we had requessted for similar services from. The staff did not seem bothered by the bad design, were not apologetic, they simply did not care whether they are losing a potential client or not. I would not recommend this place for any kind of work based on my expereince and the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. I would give them a zero if tbere was such an option.

I was called to say my shelves are ready for pickup, 3 small shelves that I waited for from the Monday to the Thursday. Keep in mind they said it would be ready Wednesday but I waited for the call to avoid disappointment. I got there and they had to cut a new shelf because they couldnt find the one. Its so frustrating and the fact that they called and I had to wait anyway!

There product is excellent. But no service. Had to follow up 4 times for quote. After promises made. And when we got quote 5 times more.expensive than any other quote received
