Service is acceptable.Not much of a variety of products.When products are on sale I noticed that a assortment is never offered.Eg. 2L ice cream was on sale today when you purchase 2Unfortunately only 2 flavors to choose from, all the others are the same price.Makes me think its the flavors that can not be sold and therefore its on sale.Products are always fresh so thats a plus 👍

The food was very nice an even the manger saw the lines was long an showed us to a other till were we could pay quicker an leav the store quicker

Had to wait almost 10 min for someone to help me at the hot meal counter I had to ask the security to get some1 to help me......

I was in there for 2 items on a beautiful Sunday morning. I didnt know what a certain product looked like. I was assisted and a concession was made to get me to the front of the queue after fetching the item. Yes, I was elated at their level of service. I must say maseltov to Woolies.

I would give it five stars if there was a larger range of food items like the other stores as well as a bigger bakery selection. Its not the store to go to if you looking for seafood as they never have stock and fridges are empty when it comes to prawns..

Woolworths always provide good service

It was packed with long queues with plenty of staff around, I always assumed that when theres s long checkout line more cashiers are called in, other than that all was good

Good service but very limited stock

Not the best, bread with expired from yesterday, cucumber had to change it with deep scratches and lettuce not properly covered with plastic, definitely far less standard than Woolworth I attended elsewhere.

They had nothing instock, fridges were empty. Surely they should have catered for the busiest time of the year.

21 December 2020 i went to promenade mall Woolworths. Side of vegetables its very dirty and the flies were busy nje over tomatoes. The staff in that side of cooked chicken, not not having any customer service (grumpy)

Its most of the time crowded because its in the promenade.

What a friendly shopping experience. The staff is amazing and always polite, readily available to assist the customers. The elderly lady at the cellphone kiosk really knows her stuff and does things old school... so that the customer fully understand the product and terms.

Has two chocolate caramel 2 litre ice-cream for R100 and malva pudding, was amazing. I love their chocolate milkshakes and the service was okay. Not the best woolies I have been to but not bad either. Just need a bigger selection.
