This is not a large store, so the selection in some sections, like bedding, is limited, but what they offer is lovely, and I often find just what I am looking for. It is convenient and clean and the staff are helpful.

Not too small, not too big. I find all I need quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal place for my every day food shopping.

Probably one of my favourite Woolworths stores so far. Constantly in and out of the store. Conveniently located and has a bit of everything considering their limited shop space. Overall, pleasant experience.

Horrible! Liars! And racist! Today 30 April 2021 I went to this store near my home for convenience, to exchange a WOOLWORTHS pj set I bought for Mother’s Day due to it being too small for my grandmother a few days ago. I bought it at WOOLWORTHS in waterfront but was told by WOOLWORTHS pinelands they can’t exchange it because it was not purchased at their store and they never had the color. This is the first time a WOOLWORTHS store refuses to exchange something with a receipt of less than a week old. The cashier was unfriendly and called her manager who was the one who refused me the second time. I should take them to court! As it is against the law to refuse an exchange with a receipt within 30 day return window period.

Lousy service.. Cashier informed me they dont supply bags anymore.. And that I must buy one.. After finding a plastic carrier bag in my handbag.. I informed her that I have a carrier.. She didnt bother to pack my groceries.. I had to do it myself.. I asked her if the customers must be the packers now... Maybe the great service just applies to certain people..

I purchased a dress that my daughter need wear today. Got home and the security tag was still attached to the dress. Who will be responsible for my petrol and time to return the dress. Such an inconvenience not to mention how emotional my daughter was because she needed to wear that specific garment today.

Cant beat a quick trip to Woollies -though dangerous when you are hungry as I was! Bought some new lentil-based popodums in a tube like pringles.it was hard not to notice the hot cross buns.they were everywhere, starting in the clothes area as you walked towards the food section. After that they seemed to popup in every food aisle.

The staff service was exceptional and the store clean but I cant believe they make cashiers stand their entire shift. Management have not regard for women and varicose veins later in their cashier lives. I did ask the manager to take it up with his superiors. I hope he does.

For its size it is a well stocked Woolies. Food section is tiny but the fresh produce section is very well stocked. Dont expect miracles when it comes to selection on other goods though. Its a tiny food store. It seems whenever I visit the food department is busy and almost nobody in clothing section. Perhaps they should consider to upgrade and extend what people actually interested in...

Great grocery store in Pinelands. Good access to everyone and includes a clothing section. The manager is really helpful and will make you feel welcome. He makes a good connection with the kids and adults alike. Awesome to know that there are still people like him in the world.

Lovely smaller clothes and food woollies, lovely helpful staff and cashiers with smiles on their faces! Very accomodating and sweet. Clean, neat, well run. Really well thought out selection in both departments considering its a smaller store. No woollies coffee shop here, but there are a other restaurants and tea shops in the Howard centre if you need a lunch or good coffee.

This is small compared with most other outlets and does not have the range, but they are prepared to source for you so that you shopping experoence remains pleasant. The variety is well proportioned by item but clearly restricted. It is still worthwhile shopping there though.

This store has a nice selection of food, ready made meals and general household and pantry items. The food is of a good quality especially when in a rush the pre pared meals offer a healthier alternative to take away. They have a range of food specially made for babies and toddlers. The staff are very helpful.

Good selection in their food store and an expanded clothing offering, this is a good Woolies for when you need to get some essentials for your kitchen or closet. They also have a small section of home goodies and beauty products. Service can sometimes be a little slow but I have noticed an improvement with this over the past few months.
