I have been trying to phone them not stop for the past 3 days. Then they dont answer the phone at all, then someone answers and keeps dropping my calls. Then when you try phone again they dont answer. I then phone from a different number then they answer. I want to buy big appliances. Dont these people want or need business. Obviously not!!

I like doing business there.Big, variety and friendly that springs to mind. Prices good to bargains now and then.

Bought a chair that need to be put together.The guy that assisted me, told me I could Never ever get it right to put the chair together by myself.(FYI- Im a female, and Yes! I did manage to put the chair together by myself).What I found really strange was that he said that for a personal fee he would put the chair together for me in the shop.What I would like to know, is it regulated by store policy for store assists to ask personal service fee in the game store?Seems really odd and suspicious to me.A decent store that cared about its consumers would not have charged anything.I know for sure, if I had bought the chair in Checkers hyper., they would not hussle the customer for personal services.Very disappointting.

I want to commendate Erica at Somerset Mall branch at the electrical dept for outstanding service received today! She is a true asset to your company. I called this morning and she took the time to get everything ready for us so when we went to the store it was all done and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately the Receiving and Collections dept was very slow and we waited for 10mins to collect our stove even through we were the only people there to collect.

The lady working at till as you come into Game on left,today, 4 august 2021,about 9h30....unfriendly,not helpfull at all. She should not work with clients. The service at tvs,printers etc,much more helpfull.

I went there on the 10th July 2021. And Got a Friendly Sales Representative Erica Tshisa. She helped me when looking to buy a Defy 323L Bottom Freezer Fridge M DAC627 and it was set to be Delivered on the 13th July 2021. I waited worse part I had to go to Eastern Cape for a Very important Family Issue Guess what the time is Now 19H00 and Im still waiting. GAME Store Mxm!!!

An oasis of tranquility.Unusual features of this reformed church are the stained glass windows. With the light streaming in from outside creating coloured pools of light in the interior. There are very informative brochures available too.Sit and reflect for a while.

My experience with Game is really bad I actually love game and normally go buy my baby products and applications from them .But I bought a fridge from the the fridge was not working I called game store told me I get a replacement I waited a whole two days and no fridge come all my meat and milk productions are rotten I called the store spoke to manage and am told that there are paperwork that needs to be done Ill get my replacement fridge tomorrow . I never felt let down by a store in this matter thinking its a fridge the do same day or next day exchange.To think of all the money I spent on food and now I have to go with out any meat or meat products until my next payday .

I had a terrible experience at Game Somerset Mall on Friday afternoon 7 May 2021.I have never been treated with such disrespect before in my entire adult life, after been refused an opportunity to speak to a senior manager and some brief discussions with the almost arrogant no commital floor managers I finally gave upand left, never to return as it is just not worth the aggravation.

Great service and competitive prices. Bought a washing machine and vacuum cleaner today and got a super discount.Viva Game Store in Somerset mall!

The only Game store in the Helderberg region. Has a really decent variety of everything youd need. However, staff are a really rare species in this specific biom of retail store.Theyre generally well staffed but they just tend to play hide and seek really well, as most Game stores do. The sales here are quite legit though! The shop is quite modern looking and the queues move fast

What a disaster shop! Only go there if you cannot get it elsewhere.. That is never. The staff need to understand that the customer pays their salary.. But then I have a job.. and nobody can fire me..My wife refuses to even go into the shop..

Not enough staff working on the floor, and half of them dont know about the products.....will definitely not buy there anytime soon

After 2 staff members told us the office chair we wanted, was not available, even though the special offer started that day, Michaela came along. She set off and also could not find stock, but phoned another branch and then phoned the person who normally works in that department who told her where to locate the stock. My visit to Game was meant to be brief, for just one or two items. I ended up spending more time and money there. Yes, I found a few things on the shelves that I have been looking for but couldnt find in the last little while. Well done to Game. The quality and great variety of products they keep in stock has definitely impressed me and thus I can definitely recommend them. Shopping experience was great. Although it was busy, the cues were not very long because it is well managed and enough till points were open for the volume of customers at the time. Well worth a visit, and the pricing, competitive enough. Well done Game. You definitely get my 👍😎.

Customer service could get better, to provide great shopping experience and easy shopping. It can get packed also I think mainly because of bottlenecks on customer services. If customers know where things are in the shop or are assisted quickly to get their needs the faster the shopping process and the more the shop opens up as opposed to having a shop full of confused customers

Game to be avoided. The service at the Game computer department was non existent. An Epson sales rep kindly went looking for an assistant and we waited another 10 min before someone appeared . Game are expensive too. Ink cartridge R40 cheaper at Computer Mania!!!

There breakfast is super nice and the staff are all smiling that make it so nice to eat there.

Not that full, didnt have much of a que. And there was a sufficient amount of cashiers so the que moved along nicely. Might just be my favourite Game. And this is during the national lock down

I definitely like it that all GAME Stores layout are the same.

Waited over half an hour for a trolley. Then waited at the garden section for help. No one came and products priced incorrect and by the tills also Waited. Dont know why they have a less than 3 items till if they help anyone standing there. One lady had a trolley filled with thing and i had 2 items

Like all other Game Stores, something of everything. Must mention their HOME APPLIANCES DEPARTMENT are clearly client orientated re AFTER SALES SERVICES. Swamped back our unused appliance for the right stuff plus pay in the difference. Collected and delivered payed once AND our 49 inch TV had a problem and with no quibble took it in and in no time had it back. Their return policy is honored without a quibble at their returns terminal. A GOOD PLACE TO BE! 😎

You will find most universal goods here, from food to school gear. They have an electronic goods department and a minimum selection of video games. Keep a look out at this store for marked down games for ps4 at a very good price. I have not experienced any problems with any of the goods bought at this store.

Thank you for the fabulous after sales service I received. My Kenwood Major Titanium was not under guarantee anymore but the matter was resolved very professionally by the staff and particularly mr. Bosman the store manager. A great improvement to earlier experiences.

Horrible service, lazy staff and makes poor excuses when you need to exchange, manager blatantly states she rules the place, customer care says, you can exchange at any store but clearly staff wasn’t in the mood.Will never purchase at that store again.

I bought sweets and the price on shelf was R69.99, bit at till it rang up as R96.99. I wonder now how money customers paid the wrong price unknowingly. Furthermore the aircon is not working, there is no sense of urgency at the pay points and I had to wait almost half an hour for the refund of my money, since I paid with a card. Bad bad service!

Ive been calling Game somerset mall since the 29th of April regarding a situation that they suppose to sort out for me within 5 working days. Its been almost 3weeks and I phone almost everyday since the last week and no one can assist me with my matter Whenever I speak to someone they take my details to call me back the same day, oh and guess what no one called me back!! Im so annoyed because Im also in retail and believe me I know very well what Excellent customer service should look like

It was just a quick in and out. I was hoping that GAME will stock this item. I chose GAME because I was pleasantly surprise when I found items which they do not specialise in. Plus, more than not, the prices were lower that other shops. Signage is clear and in big print. I like it to know where to go and not running around looking for products. I will go again. 👍

Today was Black Friday, so a busy day. I received an excellent service from both the floor staff and cashiers. The store was fully packed, staff dog tired but they managed to keep a friendly smile and came to your assistance without you having to holler at them.The place was very clean and neat...even though customers left things wherever they wanted.

Well stocked store. Has a wider variety of shopping options, from electronics such as TVs, cell phones, laptops, printers, etc., hardware, sports section, stationary, bathroom and kitchen ware, home appliances and even a grocery section. They also have a jewelry section as well. There is also an ABSA ATM in store as well as a parcel counter. The is also a toy section as well

If you wane see more i suggest you go and find out yourself i promise you,you will enjoy yourself what a lovely place

No aircondtioning it has seemingly been broken since last year. Was very hot in the store and the staff were all lethargic from the heat and not very enthusiastic to help us. Game needs to up their Game! Shelves were empty and no prices. One of the staff told me that they are rearranging the store for space saving! I felt really sorry for the staff.
