Not the best of Woolies, I prefer Waterfront Woolworths, much friendlier staff and alot more variety. Blue Route, have rude abnoxious staff and they always seem to lack in certain sizes or not having the clothing range of other Woolworths branches

Woolies, your free range eggs are left in the sun too long. Pick n Pay has a better quality free range egg by far. The yolks are orange and whites fresh. I get sick every time I eat an egg from Woolworths. Even your new cheese, gosh its so salty and that new lasagna recipe is GMO deluxe!! All you taste is stodgy starch . Horrible. Rather charge more but your quality sucks!!

Went to Blue route Woolies today. Didnt actually expect to get the items I was sent to get there, I then had the pleasure of dealing with Charlene in the mens department. She went beyond the call of duty and had the patience to handle the request I had on hand. Thanks Charlene for making it easier to do shopping easier in these times of covid.

Just love shopping at Woollies and Blue Route is one of my favorite malls. The Woollies is always clean, well stocked and not forgetting the coffee shop where you can grab a cup to go or have a sit in and enjoy some of their sweet delicacies. I am more of a grab and go gal! 😁

Went to collect my credit card a replacement. Service from Patricia in Financial Services!! EXCELLENT VERY EFFICIENT AND KIND. SERVICES from CREDIT CARD DEPT. SHOCKING!! Large store, clothing does not stock all brands, visit Cavendish or the Waterfront for a bigger selection. Food store is great and well stocked. Homeware is minimal. Lines appear long but generally move fast.

From the guy spraying santizer to all the staff that greeted us. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed spending my money there

Store follows the covid 19 health and safety precautions. Temperature check, hand sanitized, compulsory to wear a mask. Respecting each others space. From the Security staff, Shop assistants, Managers are visible , friendly, and helpful. The store , has a Restaurant, caters for the family eg, clothing for, babies, children, ladies, and gentlemen. From casual, smart casual . There is a section for toiletries, linen, kitchen utilities, etc. Woolworths has a super market in store as well.The store offers a credit Woolworth Card, which customers may apply for. Its a pleasure to shop there, as stocks are fresh of good quality, good packaging, theres a bakery daily fresh breads, rolls cakes etc. Ready meals may be bought as well.

The WORST WOOLWORTHS I have EVER ENCOUNTERED... I literally live within walking distance from this Woolworths however I would rather get into my car and drive to either Constantia or Lakeside.... They are always out of stock/never have enough stock and will never compensate... Worst unapologetic Manager that needs to go back to school and learn how to deal with customers....The least he CAN DO IS REMOVE THE SIGN THAT ADVERTISERS SPECIAL COMBOS AND REPLACE THEM WHEN STOCKS ARE REPLENISHED...

My experience at Woolworths is normally 5 Star. I found this store a little over crowded and under the current Covid situation, I was not comfortable. Also, they did not have a wide range of mens slippers and the ones they had was not available in a size 10. So an overall waste of a trip and unnecessary Covid risk.

Woolworths Blue Route the service was good, there was no berries on the shelf so now I am short on my breakfast tom.As I live in Constantia I buy more at W/W Cavendish or Waterfront.

Disappointing that they do not answer the phone, in fact I called several times and it seems that they are deliberately blocking calls. Needed to know if they had something in stock - now I will go somewhere else, theyve lost my business.

Good shopping mall, best to park underground and parking is free if you keep it to under 90 minutes and shop at Woolworths and possibly Checkers. Good assortment of shops, clothing and homeware plus Clicks and Dischem.

Great Woolworths obviously, large selection of stock plus a cafe, which brings me to this review, the -1 star for WiFi not working whatsoever and coffee shop staff literally taking far too long. 15 mins for an Americano is far too long by anyones standard and place was very empty at that stage.
