Shelves are always packed with a variety of good quality produce.The store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful when requiring guidance as to where to find products.Ques at check out are sometimes long due to the stores location and great quality however grabbing a delicious coffee from the Barista mid-store makes the wait a pleasant experience.

I placed an online food order and didnt receive it after two days. I called the call center several times and they did not solve my problem. Finally, I managed to contact Lameez at the Cavendish store and she arranged my order to be picked and I collected it 2 hours later. I just want to express my gratitude to Lameez and thank her for being so efficient and getting the shopping ready.

I bought a lot of things but because there were only two cashiers and the queue was too long I just left. I dont know what it is but I suspect that whoever is now in charge hasnt got a clue. Your prices for basic foodstuffs are higher than all other chain stores. I have decided not to shop at Woolworths any longer. The quality of your clothing has deteriorated tremendously since most of the stuff is imported from China. The Woolworths I shopped at years ago and the Woolworths stores of today is like chalk and cheese. I am not impressed with the running of your stores. Maybe it is because of the Governments BEE policy which is in any case based on the national racial demographics instead of provincial demographics as it should be.

Love the revamp. Store always stocked with items needed and just be aware of the queues on weekends. Otherwise great store with everything you need from shopping groceries, fresh items to clothing and a must try is the white hot chocolate at the barista

Walking with my son this morning in woolworths. My son was just like never like to be picking him up. Cause he was just so happy being around these Pampers with a pictures of the babies. I was really happy too to just see my son how excited he was . The people are very kind. My son dropped one of the stuff in the shop I thought I would get in trouble. But the kindness of the people work in woolworths is just so good.

Some workers were not so friendly when you approached them with a question. Did not feel comfortable walking around the store. However the set-up is welcoming but some of the staff were not, thats why I shop at other places. They definitely need some customer service training

I would like to thank Natasha for assisting me in finding the clothes in the mens department I needed for work. Shirley at the tills was amazing by separating the clothes when I asked her to do it. Not a moment of hesitation from her in doing that. Thanks Shirley.The only problem I faced was when I asked the manager ( think his name was David) if I could use the companys credit card to pay for alterations that needed to be done. My company does not give us cash and this is why we asked if we could pay by credit card, I do understand that the lady who does the alterations does not work for Woolworths. But Im sure Im not the only one to have asked this question?

Good Morning - I just had to note this✔😃Yesterday (Friday 07/05) @ approx. 5.15pm I visited Woolworths Cavendish Square in search of a specific boot in size 5.After going through the shelf that featured this boot, I felt a bit disappointed to see all sizes besides my size 5.A young gentleman neatly dressed in Woolworths attire probably saw my disappointment and asked if he could be of assistance.That young lad went out of his way to do a search in the storeroom and after 10 mins he said Mam I found one for you but its across the way in another building so please be patient it was storming outside and i saw him put on his jacket and left, to return 5 mins later with my boot.I would like to applaud him on his job well done.its people like him that makes it a pleasure to visit a Woolworths store.Thumbs up👍 to DOMINIQUE - Job Title: Floor Assistant (Cavendish Square)From: A Happy Customer👌

Well today I was not so happy shopping at woolworths Cavendish, shelves are empty and most of the stuff expiry date was today or tomorrow, which means, I couldnt buy what I came for because I cant even keep it for 3 days, I dont buy food which expired on the same day or tomorrow, anyway was not happy customer, 😔

Brilliant store very clean let me not get started with the cafe they have some great noms waiting for you 🤤 I had myself a club sandwich with sour dough bread at about 12:00 the afternoon I only got hungry passed 20:00 the evening again 😎

This store is very well set up and a pleasure to shop at.

Although it can get quite busy during lunch, the food is good, the juice is fresh and the service is average.

There is always a queue but they do have one of the best food shops around.

It was nice as always. Until I opened the fridge with the chicken. It smelled like a shoprite. Thats not how I know Woolworths to be. The bottom row where the chicken is packed. If u lift a pack and smell da bottom u will faint. I had to run to ur butcher side to go wash my hands

I had a very disappointing experience at Woolworths in Cavendish today starting off in the mens clothing section. I asked the Woolworths assistant wherre I could find a long sleeved, white plain shirt and she could not understand me so I found a male assistant who was helpful. I paid for the shirt but on arriving home, my son fitted the shirt on which fits him perfectly but clearly the lady at the till had not released the grey security device. I am now hugely inconvenienced as I have to make yet another trip to Woolworths to have the device removed which is a pity as my time is limited. Poor service indeed!!

This Woolworths is very much like most others with the exception that it has a home store. It is on the lowest floor of the mall with Woolworths itself taking 2 floors (LG and G).On my most recent visit the makeup department seemed bare but there was a few dedicated staff members in the department.The foods store is moderate in size, seemingly larger than what is generally found elsewhere.That being said. I had a fairly pleasant experience although I didnt interact much with the staff.
