Jumbo is owned by Massmart the same company that owns Macro! So this store is effectively a Macro local. The added bonus is that in some cases products are even cheaper than Macro. Im a fan and I highly recommend them.

Wanted to pay for only one item after I had bought my groceries already and discovered I left something out, cashiers said they dont take cash. I told them I can swipe they said they are only scanning. Mind you I dont buy at jumbo more often, the least they could have done was explain not to assume I knew what that meant. The reason I say they is because it was two different tills same occasion. Am not generalizing. It would be nice if some of them can value customers equally

Affordable store

Very poor customer service especially when you have a stokevel. They ask for IDs when youre taking groceries but dont ask for them when paying money.... nxaaaa. We had to wait for people to bring then from home. We waited for more than 4hours to be saved....Very poor customer care....We only got 420 discount on a grocery of 35 000. Nxaaaaaa useless. Goal and boxer are much better!!!

This Business is easily accessible.Its where you get almost everything under one roof.

Best way to describe this place is a massive warehouse with various items. Just like Makro for those who might know.The prices are a lot cheaper since most people go there to buy in bulk , although it is also possible to buy single items.

Very friendly staff and tidy warehouse. But cant find anyone to assist in finding products. Also if a customer receives discount, why must I leave current till to go to other que to get discount, why not get system to program discount while Im paying. Time consuming.

The range of product is good and always good selection of specials weekly at good prices. I have received excellent service from buyers when I required stock not on shelves and my ongoing thanks to Mark for his excellent service and discount on bulk purchases. Just one note of warning check before going that its not Stockvel as the ques are just impossible.

First time shopping at Devlin Hyper. Enjoyed shopping with low prices of ur necessities as groceries. Will go back to do shopping there again. Wow keep up with the low prices surely u will see more customers. Go there and see for yourself.
