I still havent received a delivery that was supposed to take 2-4 days from the 3rd of October 21.

Staff are on point and most courteous. Pricing is very reasonable for a one-stop-post-yourself going concern.

Postnet services are normally good but from time to time they do make mistakes that causes unnecessary frustration. I went to Postnet Cape Gate the one day to ask if they have fax services which they replied no they did not. The next day I was searching online for places that do have fax services and thought to myself lets just go and check on Postnet Cape Gates website to make sure, and low and behold at the bottom of the home page under Digital Services Available In-Store they HAVE options for Email and Fax Services and Fax2Email which to my surprise led me to go there again that afternoon. When I asked them to help me send a fax via email they again said they cannot and thats when I told them it says they have the service on their website. All they needed to do was check on the website to confirm after I was there for the second time and tell me that the service is no longer part of Postnet. I am ok with them and hold no grudges but please guys, update your website to spare any frustrations in future.

Business trading times on door 8h00 - 14h00 for 24 December 2020....8h30 a lady showed up with an attitude telling that she does not work according to times on door, but het own time.... Not cool Postnet Cape Gate....... Not cool....

Let you wait for outside unnecessarily long and not customer orientated at all. Rather use postnet Brackenfell. This staff is spitefull.

Had to print very important documents in a hurry. The staff stood there and finished their discussion before helping me. Once they helped me I got an odd attitude from the guy helping me.To the point, their printing quality is good and they do what they are supposed to for any PostNet.

Definitely 5 stars! It had excellent service , and quality prints! It is a must for your printing needs . The branch is located near the Cape Gate lifestyle centre. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and extremely efficient . I had an issue with one of my images I needed to print the assistant went out of his way and beyond what I expected to make sure I left with everything I needed . I am a student so I have been to a variety of printing stores and have become accustomed to some average or bad customer service. I can truly say this was by far some of the best customer service I have experienced . The printing costs are affordable as well . This branch definitely gives PostNet a good brand image and makes the printing experience less of a hassle. My cashiers name was Ruan .He deserves a promotion.

Very bad experience, will never return to this Postnet!! Myself and other clients were patiently waiting outside as the door was locked. After some time only someone appeared sticking their head out the door saying the store will be closed for 30minutes..they are sorting out packages.. Shutting the door before I could even ask a question. Very unprofessional!

The staff at this place are a fantastic bunch. The management on the other hand needs a talking to. Dont know how you can run a shop with a card machine that 9 times out of 10 turns off mid transaction. This is the only place in the world where I need to constantly check my bank account to make sure I wasnt double charged. Fix the machine its driving your clients and your staff crazy!

The lady was friendly and wanted to help even though she was busy with someone else. So she asked someone else to help me, the guy didnt wear a mask (even though its Covid19 regulations) plus he had an attitude asking if I needed it immediately and that they are open the next day.... If I wanted it done the next day or had time I wouldnt be here now.... Not happy with the service.

I was very happy with sevice..the people working there are very friendly.

Service is slow, staff get easily distracted and chat about their personal matters. They have card machines on the counter but none of them work and they only tell you this when youre about to pay. They are a printing place but cant put up a sign saying the machines are not working.Furthermore, they enforce a minimum spend for card purchases which is against merchant terms and conditions.

Standard Postnet with quick service. Their prices are somewhat higher than the other Postnets in the area.

Excellent service, I often go to them to have my posters lamenated. With my previouse visit they accidentally screwed up and ended up ruining the poster, they asked me where I bought it and how much it cost, they then gave me the money to replace it and offered to lamenate it for free to apologize for their mistake. Excellent service :).
