Waited in a queue for over an hour. staff is not efficient in taking care of customers, and is very rude when approached. 2 gentlemen were working, but having irrelevant conversations with customers inside, while a line of customers were left waiting outside. I wanted to print 2 black and white pages, it took 2 minutes once we were helped, but instead of efficiently helping customers, the staff would just tell us to stay back. staff did not seem interested in helping at all. very unsatisfactory experience.

Absolutely my go to when I need any printing done! Asiphe is always willing to help me, even if it is needed on the same day, she goes out of her way to meet my timely printing needs. And on top of the great service, their printing is good quality and one does not walk out disappointed.Will definitely recommend them!

I came here three times during my stay in town, and each time they were very professional, helpful and accommodating. I was able to have exactly what we needed for our business meetings. I found the prices very on par with most printing places and I definitely recommend them as a great place to go to for your printing needs.

Went in needing to print an A2 document, the employees have the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced (not expecting everyone to smile, but sighing at the fact that you have to do your job and then eye rolling ever chance you get). Not only that, but R150 for one A2??? That’s overpriced and not worth it in the slightest. Got it done at postnet for cheaper and good quality. Wizards is overpriced and not worth it in my opinion

Worst service ever. Got to the store at 7:20, waited until past 9 to only be helped and then still had to pay for their over time when its not our fault they are under staffed. We had to even cut our own prints to size.

I am so disappointed. The Wizards in Gardens is run well an professionally, and at the Waterfront Ive never been more disappointed. Went to scan a few pages of official documents, waited ages for the scans to be emailed for me, because apparently they dont have good internet signal. Once I paid R43 for this ridiculously easy job, I received the email with the scans. They were so skew that I demanded it be redone but the scanner was, according to them, not working. And they were also done in black and white. A printing company that doesnt have internet connection or a functioning scanner. The documents I scanned here were rejected and I had to go give another company my business, since this one has clearly given up trying.

These guys are gurus of printing. The quality of their prints is on point!! Definitely recommend them.

Got to the store to print a whole bunch of documents and the guy had tested the printing -after the 5th time it was finally correct however the quality was still bad. I then changed everything on my side and went back to the guy who was helping me - he then said he could not help me as he was assisting another customer and downloading +- 26 photos individually from email. He said he cannot drop them now and cant help me I then had to explain the whole process from the start to another guy. He could then not help me either and asked me to wait another 20 mins so he can first help the que that had formed in a space of 2 mins. I dont understand how this can happened and expect me to wait for them to sort out the whole que first and then me when i have been waiting and still tells me he is doing a favour for me??? A printing place like this should assist whoever is there first no matter how much printing he/she has and not expect to wait??Last time back here ever! And will be sure too tell as many people as I can to not go there too!

It took me 4 hours to print. I repeat, 4 hours. The place is also exuberantly priced.

Website claims: Whatever your design, printing or communications requirements – no matter how large or small – Wizardz is the friendly, local team that offers the widest range of experience and servicesInstead, the service was painfully slow and the lady behind the counter was snappy and unprofessional. They flatly refused do the simple job of taking an excel calendar and printing it on A3 paper. We dont know this programme Its too complicated.I wont be back.

Best print company in Cape Town. Try them, you wont be disappointed.
