I asked and paid for my parcel to get FRAGILE stickers. The parcel arrived in Port Elizabeth with not ONE fragile sticker and my stuff broken! I an very disappointed and it was very expensive to use them.

The staff were friendly and despite huge pressure, willing to help. I sent a parcel yesterday and it was in Pretoria this afternoon. Many thanks for wonderful service.

Not happyThe service was quick, but I was disappointed when I got my print. The colour was HEAVILY DESATURATED and they didnt even make the effort to apologise.It was my first canvas print and they could have at least warned me that I would lose colour, but they are clearly a print shop thats only about making money and not making their client happy. Definitely wont use them again.Attached is a photo of the print and the original photo on my phone

Audrey assisted me with a very urgent parcel and it was delivered the next day in an outlying area and even tracked the parcel from her side and phoned to inform me when it arrived.

I am disappointed with the service I got today. The lady who assisted me, was not focused. First if all I never got a notification of my very important document. Secondly, I was given the wrong parcel by her. I did not check it at the counter because it was scanned and I was asked to sign for it . When I got to my car, i checked the name and saw it was fir a doctor, i immediately took it back and unfortunately i did not even get an apology. NOTHING! I will not make use of that branch again!

Bad service. I came in to get something and they told me to wait for how long, after Ive waited and sat in my car I went back and they still didnt do anything. They tell me to wait some more.. This is where i get angry, i go to the other shop for say 20 minutes and i go back to postnet and they told me to wait some more. While I sat in the car and waited i saw how the people were coming in and going out of the shop. Would not recommend

I sent a parcel to Kimberly and the unfocused sales assistant sent someone elses book there instead of my parcel. No apology. No help to sort out. My parcels gone. Worth R1000. What do you do?

Nick and Jock at Postnet saved my skin with their incredible customer service and value they provided! They were very sharp and went far, far beyond the call of duty to sort out my courier problem, a hard to solve, complex pickup scenario. The manager drove all the way to bellville to pick something up himself!!!Im very happy to have asked for their service and recommend them for their dedication to the job VERY highly. I would definitely rather work with them in the future than contact a company like FedEX.And I dont normally say this kind of stuff, so it means alot
