Great service and great quality for a good price. I love that they dont skimp on paper quality.UPDATE: I just want to emphasise how impressed I am with the service... When I came in, there were about seven customers all looking for attention from two staff and the way that the two staff juggled these seven customers AND greeted me so warmly that I felt like a lifelong friend was truly impressive.Highly recommended.

I emailed my Word document to the email provided on their website yet they continue to print out documents I sent in November of 2020 and charging me R64. They dont think to themselves that its strange to have a document printed out that was sent last year, nor do they question it. They claim the emails on their website are incorrect and do no effort to change the emails to the correct ones or provide the emails that need to be used when printing out documents. I am utterly displeased with this service and will be using a different print shop from now on.

Worst service I’ve ever received at any printing place. The female shop assistant is completely useless at her job. I went there twice to print and she messed up my order both times and made me pay for her mistake the second time. Ive printed this particular order (for my business) many times at Postnet Rondebosch and even 3@1 Cape Gate. No one has ever had difficulty understanding my requests, but somehow this assistant blamed me both times for not specifying my order enough, and cutting me off while Im trying to explain my specifications. When I tried to file a complaint via the website, the manager didn’t respond but the assistant did. No luck in trying to talk to someone in a higher position to voice my complaints. I will never ever go back there.

The staff were unresponsive when we entered the store. After flagging someone and explaining our needs (simply scanning and printing of three chapters) the staff member started scanning. We had lunch, went shopping at various stores and came back - just to find that the scanning was done but nothing was printed. We waited for 45 minutes in the store simply for the printing itself as he told us he had to print all three chapters together for quality reasons. Throughout all of this communication was extremely poor - we had to keep prompting for information on progress. Will definitely not be coming back and will not be referring others.

I was here a few weeks ago to have a Tshirt printed. After being at the shop for 10 minutes no one had asked me if I would like to be helped. One shop assistant was sitting on his phone ignoring the fact that I had not been helped.While waiting a man came to collect his certificate that he left there to be laminated. The job was done so badly and all the shop assistant could say was Oops I am sorry. Not coming up with a plan of maybe reprinting or re-laminating.Another woman walked in while I was there to collect her work, she then asked that the project could be sliced in multiples. You pay R2 per slice, which is absolutely ridiculous. They then failed to tell her that the guillotine is blunt and will not cut straight. They did a terrible job, messed up her printout and still charged her.I wanted a small image printed on a Tshirt, I dropped off the work at 15:00 and was told it will only be ready the next day at 16:00, because I have to wait 24 hours. No one could explain why a small print takes so long. The answer was just that is the waiting period for any job.

Ive just witnessed two people in your establishment screaming and swearing at one another. A young coloured man with dreadlocks was taking verbal abuse from a young coloured woman. Utterly unprofessional and disgusting to have witnessed such behaviour. I alerted the security guard near by, but by the time he got to your shop, the woman had run off. What a joke of a placeEdit to answer question from owner/manager: Yes, the gentleman was in uniform

DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OFFERED!!! The service at this establishment (Cavendish) is shocking! I left documents that needed to be faxed and I was reassured that it would be done before 10am. Needless to say, it was not done and upon phoning the branch; I spoke to female who didnt know anything about the actual request and continuously reminded me that she doesnt know what to do and theres nothing she can do because the documents and my contact details are nowhere to be found. The staff has no effective form of communication and cannot be bothered when documents of your clientele is lost. She said she was going to follow up with the person that dealt with my request and that she would call me back. She didnt call back and when I decided to call for an update she again said theres nothing she can do, and proceeded to keep me on the line while (presumably) she put the phone down because I got no response.

Ripoff. R100 to print a 16 page black and white document?! - Edit: it was the scanning of said printed document that was 80 bucks.
