Ill never use another printer in Cape Town again!My experience with Dean Mostert at Minute Man Press in Loop Street was a delight from start to finish. He managed my campaigns complex printing needs, timeline changes, item deliveries and MANY last minute urgent requests with a calm can do attitude.I really cannot recommend them, and Dean specifically, enough.

Advised over the phone I would receive and item within 2-3 days. Then received opposing information of 7-8 days lead time when I arrived at the store and was told it must have been a different branch, which I confirmed it wasnt by calling the same number to reach the same branch in loop street. This has left me now looking for short notice alternatives with a deadline.

Really disappointed, esp because every other review mentions quick and good service. I placed an order last week Friday - they said it would take a day or 2. ( I explained it was urgent. They reassured me it will be done in time).Its now the following Thursday. I called yesterday morning, they said it would be delivered by end of day (Wednesday). I get an email saying it would be delivered Thursday morning. At 10am still no delivery. So i request a time. I get told before 11.45am (basically midday NOT the morning). Its STILL not delivered.I would NOT recommend Minuteman Cpt if you have an urgent print job. Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake trusting my job with them.

A delight to work with.Small project , last minute additional graphics for my wifes surprise birthday party and couldnt have found a better operator to hand hold me through the process. Call out for the designer who took my brief and bettered it - thank you Candice the wife really thought id done something amazing!!! :-)Summary is i would 100% use again...

Amazing service from these folks. We had 11 booklets printed in triplicate and the project was designed and coordinated from Canada adding a time difference of 10 hours and paper size issues to the mix. When we discovered one set of books was missing on the day of our big event, they rushed a new print run for us and delivered them out to Simons Town saving the day! We are so grateful and impressed with their service and beautiful print job. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Above and beyond service! I come to Cape Town for business and have printed here two years in a row. This year my flight landed an hour after their store was scheduled to close for the weekend. They handled my printing and payment before I arrived and had it delivered to my hotel. Everything looked great and they made my life a million times easier.

We had absolutely amazing service at Minuteman Press in Cape Town. I was in town from Canada for a conference, and the conference communication documents had a misprint for the size of the posters for presentations, leaving me having to resize and thus redesign five scientific posters, and had just arrived in Cape Town and was not familiar with the city. I was referred to Minuteman Press by a staff member at the conference, so I phoned them and asked if they could help at all - this was the evening before the conference started, so it was urgent and I didnt expect them to be able assist with this, but I went ahead and tried anyway. Surprisingly, they told me to head to their office right away, which I did, and they remained open well past posted hours to assist me. They assigned a fantastic graphic designer to work with me to reformat (and essentially re-create) all five posters, each of which had multiple graphs, photos, and tables, along with a significant amount of text. They were able to get this all done for me within two hours! They then ended up staying even later to print the posters; and to top it off, they delivered them all to the conference for me to pick up, free of charge. This was way beyond any kind of customer service I could have ever expected, and the quality of the posters was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. I sincerely thank them for going well above and beyond anything I would have expected. I have nothing but the utmost praise for the staff with their amazing service and incredible quality of work!!
