Took my laptop here for repairs. They gave me a time when it would be ready and yet I had to call them for them to tell me its not ready. This happened twice. I got my computer back and they said they had replaced something on the motherboard but couldnt tell me what they replaced. They then charged me R3000 even though the computer had the same issue and the clean installation of windows they did was buggy. Apart from that they messed up my hard drive partitions and I cannot get back my previous version of windows. Also the graphics card that they claimed was broken wasnt changed even though I asked them to change it. They have good service if youre just there to buy computer parts or accessories, but do not take your computer here for repairs. These people do not know what theyre doing.

I have had good experiences here in the past, but recently Ive decided to make them my go-to for PC problems. After doing an extensive clean on my PC (everything out, thermal paste, etc.) my deepest fears came true - it wouldnt switch on after putting it all back together. After a days troubleshooting I took it to these guys. Within two hours it was fixed - a faulty screw which caused a short on the mobo. With a reasonable R150 booking in fee and < R500 for the service they took away much of my heartache.

They must have gotten rid of the rude staff because the guys there were pretty helpful. I agreed to pay R150 assessment fee because I might have had to fork out a couple of grand for new parts anyway in the form of a board , chip or both. I left , and was called within an hour to notify me that my box was ready to collect ,at an additional R300 or thereabout ( cant remember ), which I was very happy to pay. They didnt even use any of the replacement parts which i provided , The amazing technician manually fixed my chip, as one the pins had broken off , as well as the socket to the board, and he carefully soldered it back together. Very happy client.

The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly. They knew what they were talking about and they explained slowly and surely so that I could understand. I highly recommend them.

As a person who is comfortable with computers, it takes a bit to trust other people to do repairs. I’ve found the service here to be excellent, and their prices are competitive. The people working in the shop know what they’re talking about and have always been honest with me. They are my first port of call for computer hardware.

Great service and they know what theyre talking about and do go above and beyond whats necessary. E.g. Was just replacing some parts but the technician offered to fix my broken power switch on my case, cleaned up the dust from my computer, and also benchmarked everything to make sure its all working properly. Which they dont have to do at all and a layman would be none the wiser for, but yet they did because they care.Yes, if you take your computer to them, they charge R150 consultation and R300(+/-) for the hardware stuff, so dont be shocked, thats pretty much where all the 1-star reviews are coming from, which isnt really a fair reflection on them, as the service prices are plastered all over the place and in public view!

Always impressed by the quick & obliging service. Like many other similar services I feel they have a set pattern in dealing with more difficult problems & therefore less flexible.

Extremely poor, sent in a pc for repairs they charged me R150 then when collecting they said I had to pay an additional R300 for extra labour, no where in the agreement slip when paying did it say anything about additional labor charges, furthermore the tech guy was so rude he said thats how they have been doing it for 15 years with no problems, there service and attitude stinks, definitely recommend taking your repairs elsewhere
