Decent range of products but most seem overpriced

Wow, I am shook at the service i received from one of the salesman. I kindly asked the man to explain the difference between a wifi booster and extender, which one I require considering my needs as it was my intention to purchase one that day.It was difficult understanding one another because of our face masks and after trying to explain a second time he immediately got annoyed, it showed in his body language and he even rolled his eyes at me (are we 12?)I suggested that ill try the range extender but they said they do not do refunds, cool, I asked if he could recommend another place that does offer the same products and maybe they do offer refunds in case the product does not fulfill my needs and he reckoned to me that I am an unethical person and would be wasting peoples time by testing products.All was said to me in such a distasteful manner as though I was a little child. I am gutted, shame.

I found this shop to be very overpriced with the RAM I wanted. More that double the price than Takealot and Matrix Warehouse, and all sales guy said it is because they offer it online. I will definitely not be popping in at this store again.

Didnt get what I want but the service was fantastic was helped by a sales person with the name of Delwyn keep it up Delwyn
