Great service, bought a product that did not meet my expectations. They immediately refunded me without any problems. I then got the item that did meet my requirements and a few moths later I am still happy with it.

The service is extreemly bad here, looks like its on selected customers only, the other reviews looks great, I broughg my laptop in over a week ago, still waiting, everytime I call, they say they will get back to me, and they never do, I have to call and follow up each timeI am so close to loosing my shi$, ill take this review down after I receive a repair quote in the next day, which is then over 1 and a half weeks now.

Customer service - once engaged not too bad. They stock some exotic items. But usually have to point out that the item is on special in their catalog else the incorrect price will be charged.
