Bought a battery for my older Lenovo T410, the quality was much better than my previous after market battery. The battery is exactly as stated on the case, I downloaded a proper battery app which confirmed. Based on normal usage, I should get over 3 hours use, I only discharge till the battery is 40%.

Open on a Saturday!! and sorted out my laptop fan issue, which sounded like it was going to crash, without charging for the service! Thank you for ensuring I could catch up on work over the weekend and assist my clients first thing Monday morning

I cant overstate my satisfaction with Netlink - they gave me marvelous service. Ive been rebuilding a valuable laptop which had been almost destroyed by a local retail repair center after it was sent in following a liquid spill over the keyboard. Although it was sent in with a faulty keyboard, they destroyed the motherboard, a USB port, a ribbon cable and hard drive (which I had backed-up before handing over to them), as well as losing 70% of the fasteners and leaving the wireless card unplugged and jammed inside the case.Ultimately, I ordered and personally installed a new motherboard and USB port and one of the ribbon cables directly from China. a hard drive was procured locally. Installing these revealed that the keyboard was still defective, so the laptop was used with an external keyboard for a few months to test the reliability of the new parts.On Monday, (9/3/20), I ordered and paid for a new keyboard from Netlink at 14:45, after an online chat with Jamie, who quickly identified the correct part. The following day, the part was delivered to my house in Leisure Bay, Port Edward, by 13:15. It took an hour to install and has been working perfectly since. I have never before had such quick service for an online purchase.Magnificently and excellently done, Netlink! 10 stars, if I could!

Alex was my technician. My laptop had a cracked screen and the drive wasnt working. He called me to say I could fetch it and when I arrived I was told I must come back in two hours. When I came back he said I must fetch it the next day because he had to fix the drive. When I arrived the next day the drive was fixed but the screen was still cracked. Awful service and overall poor communication.

Took my laptop in to attempt to repair the SATA power/data connector for my DVD rom. Instead of unsoldering and resoldering the correct repacement part(which is available easily online) it was jimmied and worked for a day then broke. The soldering that has been done has broken and the pins arent even making contact anymore. This is the worst repair ive ever seen to electonic components. The only reason i didnt do it myself, is because i trusted your micro soldering skills which are actually terrible as per the picture i have provided..
