I recently had to replace my monitors, power supply and case. I had all round fantastic service. While there some initial issues, these were dealt with quickly and professionally. Great service from Keenon at Bayside store

This is for Bayside mall branch.I don’t know how such a big company can keep a customer waiting for 3 ,almost 4 months holding my computer and nothing was done to it.I missed out on deadlines after they promise to say by next week Tuesday your computer will be ready...and it never happened.Tuesday turned to week, to weeks and turned to months😞.They kept on blaming their supplier.l am one of the unhappy customers- very very disappointed.They only get back to you after you call or go to them.They never called with any updates.Please do something about this ,or change your supplier or at least communicate.Are all your branches like this?? I had to take my laptop back and not fixed.

Would rate higher if I could, these guys went the extra mile to get me my laptop with no extra charge. Absolutely excellent service

I received exceptional service buying a wireless printer from Computer Mania in Table Bay Mall today. Consultant Erasmus van Graan assisted with set up and went beyond the call of duty. The price of the printer was also considerably less than that offered by the major retailers. This has been my second great experience with this store.

I bought a Mecer notebook(laptop) from Computer Mania and the salesman said that it came with Windows10, however it didnt. I went back to the store and I had to pay almost R400 for them to load Windows 10 onto the laptop! Totally unfair, unprofessional and THEY should have checked that it had it installed before selling it to me.

I bought a 32gig strontium flash drive because I was told this is the best quality flash drives they have a week after the flashdrive has been giving problems ejecting itself on different smart tvs, laptops, desktop pc so I wanted to return it. went there 4 times to there store telling me theres nothing wrong with and they cant do returns, now Im sitting with a flashdrive that doesnt work thta t I paid alota money for
