Your service is terrible, period. I bought a printer for my daughter since she is an online scholar. The scan feeder wasnt working properly as some pages will be blank. I returned the printer on the 25th of Feb 2021. After phoning your Zevenwacht and Cape Gate stores a couple of times, on the 17th March 2021, I was told that the printer was ready for collection. However, when I got to Zevenwacht store, I discovered, together with the store employee, that the scan feeder was still not fixed. The printer was send back and everytime I make a follow-up, I am told about a driver that will deliver the printer the following day. After 49 days, I am still waiting. Just how many days do you need to fix a scan feeder?
Very bad customer service from this store and the on duty manager. Very unprofessional and unwilling to assist out of their own. Really gives the brand a bad name
