Sadly every single cover I have bought from them has broken within months and smashed the back of my phone despite having a cover. Screen protector also didn’t last long.Best to buy a quality cover from a reputable store.Otherwise, the staff are helpful

The guys working there went out of their way to help. Even as far as testing a cable to show that it works as I mentioned to them the amount of cables I have bought and never worked before. Thankyou for your help.. My problem was solved.

Toufeeq, Garrett, Craig and Matthew: I have been into this shop numerous times and even if I have had a difficult day, I leave the shop smiling. The staff are never rude. The opposite in fact. Many of the products are imported and my friends always ask where I get these special accessories! I find if you make an effort to be nice, the feeling is reciprocated. The staff even recall me by name now when I call to ask about the status of inter-branch transfers. In these awful times (worldwide pandemic affecting everyone emotionally) please remember a little Ubuntu goes a long way. Stay safe and please try and resolve issues on the spot in the future if you have an issue with the store or staff.

Blue route gadget time Worst service ever. I bought 3 screens for my iwatch. It was put on skew with bubbles and started peeling day 3. Tool it back and they refused to replace it nor refund me. They want me to drive all the way home get my other screens and bring it back to use them. Worst ever wont be back there. Beware of their products and services.

@Lyndi Burger I was in The Shop while the gentlemens was handling the issue, They did ask you if you would like them to replace it an you Refused, They then asked you if you have the other screen protectors in your bag you said yes then you said “Oh you thought it was in your bag None of them even mentioned a word to you about driving home to get thee other Screenprotectors, Everything you saying in this text is false & you were utterly so disrespectful and rude.Thank You.

Cheap quality items even by Chinese knock off standards, overpriced unfriendly demotivated staff I think the one I dealt with was named Xavier ( hopeless , unprofessional and extremely rude pretty much everything that is wrong with South Africa’s work force). I would certainly recommend using takealot for the items they are often cheaper and better quality.

Bought a screen protector on 30/11/17, but it did not adhere to the screen in a satisfactory manner. Such an issue can easily be the customers fault, however clerks were friendly and helpful and the manager after trying to rectify the problem offered me a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. 01/12/17.

Disgusting customer service. Guy at front desk cant even look a customer in the eye when engaging, rude and unprofessional (same guy with peak cap 11/04/2017). No people skills. Looks like you get cheap attitude along with the basic cheap Chinese merchandise. Will never return.

Well i cant complain, because there gaming tech is outstanding if I do say so myself, there has been a few microscopic problems but nothing they couldnt handle, anyway if you want the latest tech Gadget Time is definitely for you.
