Not only did they find the problem and fix it.They washed my car and handed it to me sparkling clean.Will never take my car anywhere else.

Called in and spoke to Eugene who identified the urgency of my issue and was asked to bring my vehicle in within an hour. Been here for a few minutes and I’ve received solutions and repair of my issue. They have been keeping me posted whilst waiting. Great customer service here. They are efficient and very knowledgeable. I know exactly what the cause of my issues are. Would definitely come back and highly recommend them.

Very helpful and friendly team. They will tell you what is the problem and quote for free before doing anything on the vehicle. They helped me with my in laws Honda Civic. I highly recommend Merlot Motors

Cant get hold of this place

Eugene and team are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Merlot Motors managed to fix the problem after months of taking my car to a Chevrolet dealership and other auto electricians in the area. I wasted a lot of time and money but thankfully I was told about Merlot Motors and I am grateful that my car is fixed.

The only motor repair company that has managed to break a dip stick and I could go on......the worst is the mechanic threatening me .....

Not a good experience at all and won’t go back. Why:1) First of all, it was difficult to get an itemized quote out of them and it ended up being a (summarised) handwritten one which didn’t look professional.2) It was expensive i.e. R3000 for a basic service for a 1.4 VW Polo (oh it includes light bulbs and a new fan belt)3) Wanted to charge me R4000 for brake pads and disc skimming which I got elsewhere for almost half the price.4) They didn’t provide any feedback on my request about the noise from the suspension (took it elsewhere, it was the rear tyre that had a flat spot, plus the car needed a stabiliser link and a lower control bush)Sorry for the negative review but hope they will sharpen their pencil for their future customers.
