I have been taking my cars to Taylors Motors for the past four years and I can honestly say we have always received the best advice and workmanship on offer! friendly staff and helpful manager always make you feel at ease. I do recommend Taylors Motors if you need someone you can trust.

Very impressed with the excellent service and especially customer service I experienced at Taylor’s Motors. They helped me at short notice and offered me a courtesy car as I desperately needed to get to an appointment. I don’t often recommend places in the fear that whomever I recommend may be let down, but I’m more than happy to recommend Taylor’s Motors.

I took my car in for a quote to fix the body of the car. I wanted all the scratches, dents and rust taken out. I wanted the whole body of the car fixed up. I received a quote and I then approved the quote and gave them the go ahead.I was told me fetch my car at 3.30pm I got there on time and my car was not there. I had to wait until 4.15 for my car to arrive. By this time I was late for my meeting and I got it and left. The next day I went to have a look at my car and saw that there was a lot of work that has not been done and some work that was done was bubbling and cracking. I messaged the company and they said You cant expect lots done for little money. I dont know where this came from as I asked for a quote?The point of the matter is it was not done properly and I paid for work that was not done. I then brought my car in to show them and the man Allie gave me a koki to circle what I am not happy with and so thats what I did. He came out and started going off at me. Shouting at me, saying I need to look past this, said that something is wrong in my head and that I am a crazy and difficult customer. I stood in absolute shock at what was taking place. After leaving in tears my fiance went to talk to him. It was absolutely disgusting how he spoke to me as a woman. No respect for me as a woman or a customer. Once my fiance was there he was still going off but he wanted to deny the way he spoke to me and what he called me.Then it was solved that he had to fix my car so again after taking my in again I get it back and it is an absolute joke how I got it back. I can not believe this is a registered company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, rude bunch of scam artists!! Stay clear from them

I would wholeheartedly recommend Taylors Motors to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. The staff are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They also kept me informed throughout the day about the progress of my car. I shopped around before booking the service, and they are by the far the most reasonable when it comes to rates. I will definitely be supporting them again in future as well as recommending to others.

Ive lost hope on my car truthfully. I took it to a mechanic who gave me a wrong diagnostic and charged me R3000 to fix the car which I paid just to find out that whats not the problem. Then I came across Taylor motors I talked to Mr Ali who asked me to leave my car on a Friday and the car was sorted on a monday. Ill recommend to anybody. Im looking forward to build a great relationship with them.

Very efficiently assisted me with vehicle ownership transfer when I didnt have much time to get everything done. They were extremely helpful and quick, informed me on the entire procedure with documentation and were very well priced and friendly. Will definitely be going back for all my vehicle needs in the future!

I haven’t brought my car there but I did accidentally lose my iPhone 8 in Lansdowne Road (fell out my pocket while driving my scooter), and Ronaldo from Taylors Motors happened to pick it up, took it with him to work, and returned it to me. Speaks volumes to the integrity of the staff there. 5 stars for good samaritans.
