I have Requested for a part to be Replaced. On the Qoute the Part is 6x more expensive.. Then what I bought the Part for from a Spare Shop with exactly the Same Bosch Brand.. I asked for a Quote from the other service Station in Bellville for exactly same Job they Asked R3000 less.. How does your Prices change for doing the same Job.?
Worst place ever. The money has gotten to their heads. Their price structure is out of this world. Their minor service was R1200 for a 2011 Kia. Now they charge R1200 just to change the oil. On a 2011 Kia. Totally a rip off. Then their mechanics just catch on nonsense with your car and drive your petrol out. If you know whats good for your car dont take it there

Had the best experience with Kohler Parow on the 21 October 2019. My vehicle has been driving so well since that day and most of the faults on my dashboard have finally disappeared which my regular service center could not resolve. Yesterday my partner took in his vehicle for a diagnosis and decided to have it repaired with Kohler as the prices were very reasonable. I have recommended you guys and will continue to do so. I had my Vechile serviced by Kohler Bosch service centre in Parow....five star service. In this time where service is poor it is refreshing to find a company that still offers fantastic service.
Had a clutch repair plus major service done here recently. Everybody was professional at all times. All repairs were properly quoted and discussed beforehand and any delays were mentioned immediately. I can highly recommend their service based on what I have experienced and I will definately make use of them again should it be necessary.

Took my car for a service. The receptionist was informed as to why I brought my car to them. For a service. After a few phone calls throughout the day, at 3:30pm, my car was still not serviced, because she was confused as to why I brought my car i.e. she needed telephonic confirmation if I wanted to service my car. Everything I discussed with her regarding my car, was deemed confusing. Very disappointed as I was referred to a highly recommended Bosch Parow service center. Exceptionally poor front-desk service.

Worst experience. Had to take my car back 5 times within 2 weeks so that they could fix things that werent done properly in first place. Things were broken that werent initially broken when car was taken in. If I could give. Minus rating, that would be more appropriate to describe the unprofessional, bad quality, poor workmanship and worst service Ive ever received from any service provider.
Kohler Motors severely damaged the engine of my car.Both the AA lagal dept and Motor vehicle ombudsman ruled them to operate unethically and dishonesty.After paying R25000, I took it straight to a Hyundai who deemed it unfit to drive!Parts invoiced as new were replaced with severely used spare parts.Never take your vehicle to @kohlermotors!

Poor services...Gives empty promises to me as an client. Not impressed with them at all...Car went in on Monday, they confirmed what was wrong...indicated that my car will be ready on Friday....on Thursday I called to confirm if the part arrived and according to them it did...on Friday I called again cuz i had to make arrangements for someone to come drop me to pick up my car....then they said they waiting for a part still... this is the last time that i will take my car to them...ever since they worked on my car it only drives for a month or 2 and then it brakes again...All they could say was sorry...I had a funeral on the Saturday which I could not attend due to them giving false info about the part that arrived...This is the last time that i will let them work on my car... I have been paying for the Times my car went to them over 40 000 and still they pathetic to give a client a proper job and a car that will last....
Very Bad experiences. Two occasions where my car was taken in for a service and after a few days a major oil leak. Please come and collect my carvand fix it asap. You are inconveniencing my life. Will see you in the morning
