Great counter service.

Very expensive, quoted R50k to fix my engine, got it done for R18k. Lost 3 of my ignition coils, gave me another vehicles parts. Dont know how to communicate. Not recommended at all

If you are looking at taking your car for a service this is definitely the place. They might not be the cheapest, but as far as service goes they are, in my opinion, the best. They were very professional, informative, timely, considerate and knowledgeable from the starts right through to the finish. I will definitely be taking my car there in the future.

A friend recommended this place as I got quoted a ridiculous amount of cash for just a car service, called them up and from the get go they were friendly, willing to answer each question I threw at them and quoted me under 3k. Overall, my hubby and I received great service along with friendly staff members!We also received a pack of branded sweets, license sticker, car wash and air freshener.

These guys rock. had a stubborn brake fault in my mini that disappeared everytime a mechanic took it for a drive and I needed it fixed to sell the car. I got frustrated, they got frustrated but Car Service City never gave up and eventually got to the bottom of it and got me back on the road. I would strongly recommend Gerry, Robert, David and the rest of the team as people you can trust, they never fit parts you dont need and always warn you about what youll need to fix later down the line when they service your car. I wont go anywhere else.

Good service at fair price. Thanks for keeping me informed throughout the 3days. I was however disappointed for receiving my car after 3days and R6100+ and it had not been washed. It is the first time in my 66years that a car had not been washed after it had been in a garage for a service or repairs. Something to give attention at and you will buy goodwill as well.

Thay highly disappoints me n dissatisfied I took my car on 20 Nov 2019 for major service ..they done nothing in my car n they leave my one front wheel nut lose..when I drive from car city to not even 100 mitre my was shaking n almost I hit other cars up coming direction then I went back to them same time .. N they said to me they replaced my new head lamp but they replaced nothing.. just everything was up side down ...

I must acknowledge Donathen as being exceptional good with handling customers and showing that some people will go the extra mile. I threw a bit of a tantrum when I got the invoice but he showed and explained all that they did to the car and they met me halfway with my issues.

They do a good job and cars are washed by hand. Comes out squeaky clean

Price on my sons vehicle was better than the other local mechanics and some others from Belleville. I recognize that no service garage is perfect but they kept to their price, did the work on time and are just down the road for us which is ideal.

Overall bad experience. Was spoke to in a very rude way and they kept giving us misinformation on my car and the costs.
