I love panarottis.Alfredo pasta is best and their service is so friendly.

The atmosphere was calming, the food was great and the service was excellent. The waitrons were extremely helpful & friendly

Great tasting food, with some awesome specials on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays along with a few other specials making it quite a financially pleasant experience. The one big con however has to be the waiting period or turn around time for placed orders, I feel the kitchen takes to long to prepare even a simple or basic pizza.

I’m very disappointed in this store. We had our year end function there a few hours ago and the services there were very kak. We gave our order and an our later we were still waiting so we took our staff and go. I wil never go there again. Very poor service. Very disappointed customer..

1 of our favorites. But after recent experiences must say Im a wee bit disappointed. Dont think Ill be going breakfast time again. And then a few days ago tried them again, had the prawn an mussel pasta and to my horror the prawns were off. The manager guy not the lady was very apologetic. Needless to say, will never be visiting Panarottis Parow again.

Took 2,5 hours to bring our food. Very few people were in the restaurant. Absolutely outraged. Didnt get our starters or drinks. Some desserts came before the mains. Horrible. Unfriendly staff.

The place I go to when I want satisfying pizza and delicious mouth watering pasta.

They are great with kids, the lady in the kids play area keeps them safe and interacts with them, making sure they dont wonder out of the play area.I waited for service and eventually had to wave at a waiting helping another table. Sifiso helped place my order and he was great. I asked for a cappuccino with my meal, it came too early. I asked to bring it back when my I got my meal, it never came.I pointed out that I did not receive my cappuccino and Sifiso went above and beyond, gave me a cup at no extra charge.Great for families with kids

I am currently here for all you can eat Thursdays and I have been staring at an empty plate. There hasnt been a single pizzas in circulation for the last 10 minutes! The service is super slow and the pizza hasnt been great. I have been to better Panarottis restaurants before.

Zero stars if I could. Next to nearly no service. Its slow and your waiter wanders on the opposite end of the restaurant. You wait long for your food. A couple next to us waited 1 hour just for a large pizza and we waited a little under an hour. Really bad service

Tonight was the 1st time I had such bad service from Panarottis Parow. I ordered Californian, Which is bacon,feta and avocado pear. The waiter told my husband (while i was out) they dont have avo, 2 guyz directly opersite us, got the same pizza while we were waiting for our food (came back and saw it), 30-45 minutes later customers slightly opersite us ordered the same pizza and got it with avo.but my husband were told they dont have avocado pear. I was furious, cause I was really craving for that pizza. accordingto to my husband, one of the managers on duty took the order, pizza was serve much later than normal and cold by a waiter. No waiter checked up on us, to see if everything is fine. my daughter went to call the lady/waiter that served us our pizza, she told my daughter shes coming, never came. An other waiter came collecting the empty plates, we asked to order drinks, it took her 20-25mins to get it to us. On top of that my 4year old daughter fell on her back (under correction fell) in the play area the childminder prefer to laugh at her, than helping her, she later complaint about backpain. Told waiter we paying with a card in front, told me theres no one at the till point in front, but there were a guy busy attending to peoples payment.I used to enjoy going to panarottis parow, but tonight I had the most awful experience ever.

Absolute bad service. Thursday all u can eat. Takes a long time to come with pizza. Open until 10.30 p.m. but no more pizza after 9 p.m. Can only recommend panarotti at canal walk. The parow staff should also go there so that they can see how it should be.
