Refreshing change of scenery from the other mashie courses in and around Cape Town. Offering a driving range and putting green, this little 9-hole course is neat and well maintained, and although short is challenging. Decent value at R60 per 9-holes or 2 for 1 on Entertainer.

Greens are awesome...food is reasonable....driving range is a bit pricy, but well maintained...have nice deals if u want to play... allround a nice place...

Wagners offers a decent drive range and mash course, for those looking to practice some shots and who want to try a quick round of golf around some tricky short par-3s. The putting green, drive range and mash course is kept in decent condition and I would highly recommend you try it out. The customer service and cashless amenities can be slightly better, but I would recommend Wagners to anyone looking for a place to practice in the Northern Suburbs.

Mashie course and driving range are in poor state. Very little in terms of short game practice area. The one nice short game area that does exist is restricted

Got approached by the owner and asked if Im stupid because we were playing towards the wrong green. There is very little signage and the layout is confusing. He is arrogant, unprofessional and has no idea how to treat customers. Would not recommend.Reply: Its amazing how in 26 years you havent sorted your signage out. What is more astonishing is that at the age of, almost, 65 you still dont know how to speak to people. Guess that is how one ends up fixing grass on a golf course when you approaching 70 years of age. Good riddance

Very nice greens, but the most challenging mashe course in the Cape!! It challenge all fasets of the game. Well maintained greens. Very good price and serves good food too 😊

Wagners has a very nice par 3 course, driving range and Bistro and the owners are fantastic people. Go give it a try. Very nice venue

Very pleasant ladies at reception, l felt welcome. Unfortunately the driving range closes at 5p.m, probably to allow range staff to collect all the balls? I could however use the chipping facility (R20)

My family has been going to this place for 15 years. We always came here, because it was practical and so accessible. We were genuinely loyal customers and would recommend the place to all our Korean friends. However, my mom went with her friend, her kids and my brother this morning and got sworn at. We were playing at the 9-hole and the line was getting kind of held up. Not necessarily because of us, there was a group in front of us that was struggling a bit, but we are not complaining about that, everyone was just there to have fun. We would let people in front of us and let them take a turn if we were slowing everyone down. Suddenly someone comes and tells us to move aside and not play the 9-hole because we were holding up the whole game. We would have understood if they asked nicely, but they were so rude, and only asked us, the one Asian group. So we explained that we were not holding up the line, but he just wouldnt listen. We understand they the person was under stress because the place was busy, but we are paying customers. We asked for a refund then, we dont expect all the money back, but if we are forced to stop playing then we expect some type of refund. He said no, but they would give us credit. Excuse me???? Mind you, somewhere along the line, he swore at us, hecticly. In front of young kids as well. We felt attacked, and it felt racially provoked. I also dont understand why he expected us to accept credit because that would mean that we would return to that establishment. We are never returning. We did finish the game, because we did pay, but the treatment we received was ridiculous.Its such a pity because my family loved that place. And we always experienced such joy there, but I guess times change.

A great place to train, practice & play a 9 hole mache course. Prices are cheap but no cash sales, only credit card facilities, which is disappointing.

Course is decent, but the service in the club house is disorganized and poor. The owner obviously has no idea how to run a hospitality establishment. The arrogance shown by the owner is truly astonishing. Just looking at the owner replies on the reviews, I can see why they still have a shack structure as a club house. The location is ideal, and Im sure this is the only reason why this place hasnt yet kicked the bucket. Owner, please sell this place to someone that knows what theyre doing. The potential is amazing, but you are holding it back. Thanks to all the staff that are trying to keep it together despite their lack of leadership.

The putting green, drive range and mash course is kept in good condition and I would recommend it to anyone looking to practice some golf. Attached restaurant is alright just dont expect fast service, we waited quite some time for two burgers. Place does not accept cash so make sure you have a card on you to pay for anything. All the prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly.

This place is one of the nicest golf academies i have ever been too 😎🌍The food is excellent with a lekka cup of coffee too kick start your golfing day.🥓🍳The casheir and kitchen staff are very kind and helpful and always have a smile on their face when i come there.😁👩‍🍳👩‍💼The course is also always in very good shape when i visit there and a nice course to play on ⛳🏌🏻‍♂️The driving range is also very nice and always helpful to better your game in golf.🎯🏌🏻‍♂️

Friendly manager always ready to have a chat. Good golf pro (Johan) for junior lessons, patient and thorough with lessons. Very affordable.

Logging this review while Im here. Ordered a coffee just over an hour ago. Still waiting. Asked about it, and told to be patient. Others that ordered breakfasts after me already got their meals, and Im still waiting. Absolutely pathetic service. Never again will I set foot here again.

Wagners is amazing there are two coaches jp de jager and johan du buissonI do golf lessons with coach johan du buisson he once shot a -6 66 on the sunshine tour,he is a very friendly coach the green fees are free and there is a wedgie (chip&putt)9hole course and you pay R20 per player and the mashie 18hole course you pay between R60-R90 per player AND THEY SELL BALLS SOME FOR R7AND SOME FOR R10 AND 30DRIVING RANGE BALLS COST R35

Casual mashie course. Great place to kick off a day of partying with a few mates (they have a pub there also) or to practice your swing and short game.
