Amazing little gem in Harrington street, Cape Town. We went on a Tuesday and must say the awesome pizza special (plus craft beer) for R50 really makes this place on the budget side but with upper class entertainment and adventure. And top it off with vinyl night and a flipping spinning wheel = makes it a epic fun restaurant.. ALSO a night club from Wednesday onwards,so that could be very fun actually(with great special everyday... Whould recommend 💯% and any other the firm establishment..

The manager is charming and good looking. Im sure the rest of the place is cool too, but I just couldnt take my eyes off him.

Im an old guy and I visited the place to watch my son play with his band.It was Wild.It was like I was transported back 30 years, all the wonderful young folks partying.A bit sad that Im old now,but Im definitely no longer the best sort of client for that kind of venue.It was great!Pumping!Packed and everyone having a great time.

I loved this place, it has such a beautiful layout and the staff are magical. The smoking area is such a unique setup I spent half my time there and I hardly smoke. The different walks of life and people just trying to break the mundane routine of life gives this a very chilled vibe. 10/10 coming back soon :D

Its a bit cramped and claustrophobic - which is unfortunate because the bar itself and the staff are absolutely lovely.Due to the location and size of Surfarosa it would be unfair to judge it too harshly on crowds and waiting times.Ill simply leave at this:Its a lovely bar with friendly staff. If youre prepared to wait a bit for your drink, then Id suggest going to it.

Absolutely hands down one of my favorite places! The staff is a genuinely friendly bunch and make you feel at home , the vibe is awesome and food is great and well priced.

They make mini pizzas, the crowd is great and it has become my local spot for the last year. Punk/rock music, tuesdays they take out a vinyl player and a wheel where you can spin and win drinks every time you buy a beer.

Spent my new years eve celebrations here, and it was so much fun. Really great for a small group of friends to just chill out.

Went there to check out a band. Its a nice place, pretty homie. They could stand to expand so theres more space to sit or jam. Smoking section is essentially a well kept alleyway. Theres a more clubish upstairs that I dont know much about. Nice place if youre the type for it.

Great small punk/surfer pub. They have live gigs on Throwdown Thursdays and DJs on weekends. There is never any entrance fee for the events. Good times all round
