I had turned a blind eye to damages on both sides of my car for a long time, and am so pleased to have it looking like new again.I would happily go back.

Not the level of cleanliness id expect for a mini valet. A cheap (looks like tyre polish) was used on the matt black trim in my almost new car, I actually had to clean it off myself when I got home to avoid permanent damage. Pictures with proof attached, the issue is that you take delivery and make payment in a basement where there is no natural light, once you are out the parking lot and into the sun you see the real level of cleanliness. I had no time to return to the carwash after leaving.

Booked my car in for a wash (mini valet). They did a good job with the wash and the vacuuming was excellent. Cleaned the interior very well - a few streaks and missed spots outside but I didnt mind. Good value for money - a bit of a walk from the V&A but not bad. They dont validate parking any more but if youre shopping at PnP you get 90 minutes free. Would recommend and use again.

Scratched my car so deeply I would have to get it resprayed to repair it and they refuse to do anything about it, paid for a mini valet and and the whole wash was half arsed with dirt everywhere inside and out

Minor bumper repair done at Kwikfit and I must say the service has been excellent as well as affordable for the work done. I still need to have a proper look in the sun and will only do that tomorrow but from my initial inspection it looks good.

Had a great experience with them. They fixed and painted my dinged bumper in a few hours.

I had minor scratches repaired and Im very happy with their work.

If you love your car, I suggest you keep it as FAR away as possible from this place. They really live up to their name Kwik Fit. An extremely sloppy fit done quickly.

My cars interior was damaged during a valet. The owner and manager have been messing me around for over 6 months with promises first to fix the damage, then to purchase a replacement part and eventually to pay me to get the part myself(all in writing). After countless emails, phone calls and two face to face meetings they asked if they could pay half one week and half the following. I agreed to this. One payment has been made (after 6 months) but any attempt to contact them regarding where the second payment is has been met with no reply. Please know that if your vehicle is damaged while in the care of his car wash you stand little to no chance of having it put right. All this over a broken glove box. Good luck if something serious happens.

Not impressed with what I spent and car not even clean properly.

Unfortunately the mini valet I had was executed extremely poorly; the inside of my car was vacuumed but the entire dashboard and interior (as well as the external trim) were not washed or polished, and there were numerous dirty patches on the exterior.
