My car was fixed really quickly and thier prices are affordable. As a woman it is extremely hard to find a car service company that literally does not take you for a ride! I immediately felt I can trust this company and it is indeed the best service I ever received when it comes to repairing cars. Plus they do not charge extra to get a quote! Took my vehicle in about 2 years ago for a small scratch on the side they took almost a month to finish it,was an insurance claim now when Im trying to sell the car every dealer has reduced the price by 15k for there terrible workmanship,apparently they didnt mix the paint properly and one side looks completely different from the other side of the car.Amazing they post a review on google about my company after we posted a negative but true review about there company, we have never transported them.There goes all your crediblity about being honest and professional.

What can I say? The mechanics are friendly and helpful. Mike and his team make you feel at home. Their work is very good. I had my car repaired by them and never looked back. They are excellent. They go out of their way to make their customers happy.

This repair was a nightmare. The job quality was poor and showed that they took many shortcuts considering it was an insurance claim. I have experience with repairs of this nature and thus it wasn’t hard to see the multiple defects. Even before and after pictures weren’t enough to prove that they had put an additional scratches on the car. After multiple emails and conversations they agreed to repaint the entire side of the car. Final product was commendable but this should be standard practice. This was an extremely arduous process that should be avoided at all costs. Not one apology was given.

Mike was involved directly and was so genuine!!! gave me advice for cheaper alternatives etc. His staff is just as friendly. I have had 5 (or is it 6?) vehicles repaired by Mike Evans since June 2018 and have had excellent service. The quality of work is tops and delivery has been on time every time. Thank you Mike Evans....What I did find strange was that the last vehicle that was repaired had the quote turned down by Hollard Insurance because apparently they werent BEE compliant. What a lot of bull! So I requested a cash pay out and got the job done by them anyway.

Terrible workmanship. Vehicle returned with visible body filler residue. Repaired body part was uneven and not symmetrical. Gave up after returning the vehicle for a third time.

Popped in for a quote for my insurance. Reception promptly called an assessor. Guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quote was received within 2 hours. Would return.

The Team at Mike Evans were fantastic. They managed what could have been a very frustrating experience into an acceptable one by providing clear, honest and direct communication. I recommend you consider using their services should you require a panel beater.The team managed our expectations and advised us of the challenges they and therefore we) were likely to have because insurance companies require them to fit non-OEM parts. Please take the time to listen to them to avoid become frustrated by delays and problems caused by factors our of their control as discussed below.It was our experience that these non-OEM parts (that insurance companies require them to fi) either do fit well or at all. They also require extra effort/time to fit. In the case of the BMW headlights we had two defective non-OEM fittings (and 3 wasted days) before the insurance company agreed to authorized Mike Evans to fit an original part. It works perfectly.We were kept apprised of the process (and delays) throughout. Their after sales care has been exemplary.
