Just confirming the quote of the accident I didnt cause....Unnecessary stress

They reupholstered all the seats in my car with leather. Quality and workmanship is amazing and delivered well within the expected timeframe. There was however a tiny tear I spotted in one of the seats. After calling they arranged to fetch the car at my house the next morning and brought it back that same afternoon 100% fixed. They were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Beyond great service!

I have used the services of McCarthys Auto Trimmers in Maitland to repair damage done to a door caused by a near smash & grab. The brick missed the window but hit the body of the car instead. Not only was my challenge the damage to my two-week old brand new car but also the memory of the trauma and anger of that incident. Today McCarthys Auto Trimmers handed my car to me as brand new with no trace of the damage to my door. Instantly, I felt healing come and that horrific ordeal leaving me completely. The service was friendly and professional. Every scheduled time agreed upon was met with an earlier arrival of their mobile unit with friendly technical staff. I received good communication through prompt emails and calls from their courteous Kelly Negal and Tania Harris. WOW. You will not get any better service than what my Mercedes received today 04 May 21. Marius the owner came out to my home to repair scratches on my Merc. Whilst i was busy working from home. All i can say is that this company is making a good name because i am going to tell every car owner, in fact i have already told two car owners.

The coloured old man who assisted me was very judgemental. All i wanted to get my car done regardless of the cost and he kept using the word expensive as if i could not afford it. Being black doesnt mean i cannot afford things and i went somewhere and the guys are busy with my car as we speak. I am wuite positive that i will have my seats done proffessionally. Had it been done by that old man, i would have regretted it.

Great company one of the best in the industry, they offer a variety of services from trimming work such as leather conversions, rooflinnings, plastic repairs to paint work such as spot repairs alloy wheel respray to diamond cut rim repair that can all be done with their mobile vans. The Interior Exterior Cover Plan(IECP) is the best on the market with them being the repairer as well as administrating the policy themselves means no run around for the customer what a great product to have when purchasing your brand new vehicle. Awesome policy with great benefits, a must have for any person purchasing a new or used vehicle.

The are very expensive. I just wanted to have my leather seat re udjusted with no material required. He just quoted me R 2000.00. The gentleman that spoke to me was very unfriendly.

Their mobile unit came to refurb my cars plastic door panel, and they did an excellent job. There is no evidence of any damage.

Horrible paint work I ever received at such an expensive price. I will never forget the advantage I have been taken by this business. For them to redo the work I had to say Ombudsmen is going to get involved. So they take my car to redo. I just recently found out when my car had a scratch the needed just cleaning. The surface cleaner chemical used just simply wiped the paint out. So disappointed I dont whether they took advantage because I was a woman. The interior, another falling apart story. I paid about R80k for such bad work. But I have learnt my lesson

From dashboards to steering wheels to seats to gearknobs and covers. Theyll cover your car and can even repair sunroofs. Give them a call for great service. They have mobile units and do a lot of work for Toyota dealerships. I know that they put leather seats in the 2016/2017 Toyota RAV4s for a number of dealerships. They have mobile units that can come out to you. Street parking g will be an issue at the Cape town branch but the service is worth all the effort.
