Firstly Rudi took my call early this morning and explained that they were fully booked for the day already but that I could go through and let his guys have a look at the problem. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and despite the fact that they were so busy, they assisted me immediately. And Bonus, their friendly, fast, expert service didnt cost me an arm and a leg.
