Appalling service!!! The Egyptian owner took money for 2 chandeliers, did not meet a deadline, and then refused to return a chandelier already paid for and belonging to me. He refused even to share its whereabouts so that I could collect it myself out of desperation. When confronted he proceeded to swear with the worst possible language. He specifically targeted the woman part of the customer pair, and was sexist. His language was so severe that I cannot post it on social media. There were 2 witnesses to his profanity. Additionally, money he had taken for repairs to 3 chandeliers (and not done), he refused to reimburse, then proceeded to lie that it had been refunded. I had to refuse to leave the shop and eventually call the police before I was reimbursed. I have never experienced such disgusting behaviour. I do not feel that in a democracy like SA, sexist and abusive behaviour like this especially when exacted by a foreigner, should be tolerated. I will be making a criminal case against the owner due to the severity of his behaviour. SOUTH AFRICANS SHOULD NOT SUPPORT THIS MANS BUSINESS

The young lady working in this store were very helpful. She made several calls to the owner that responded promptly the furniture is the most beutifull reproductions Bombay chests of drawers to pick and choose from! I have not met the owner but I can recommend the shop for the exselent veraity.!Im eagerly waiting for a qwotation on two piecesAnnatjie Kennedy
