Absolutely terrible service and disgusting behaviour from the staff!! I called to ask to keep something. Was told it would be kept for me. Got there 5 minutes later, was looking at the item when another man came in and said its his stuff that he is buying (mind you he had not paid yet just like me). Then a women on staff came and took the clubs from right in front of me and gave it to the man. She completely ignored me when I told her I had phoned for these and was here to buy it. She claimed he phoned before, however he was clearly there after me. Staff clearly do not communicate and do not keep to their word. Disgusting behaviour and bad customer service. Clearly a young girl buying golf clubs is ignored when an older man comes in. Nice guys. Would never go back there or to any Cash Crusaders as this is not the first time!

One thing I want to say to this place....YOU DONT DO US A FAVOR TO SERVE PEOPLE WALKING INTO YOUR SHOP...... YOUR STAFF NEED TRAINING HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS... YOU WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN.

Had a good experience at Durbanville Chas Crusaders. Nicole was very friendly and understood how to operate the newer Samsung curved monitor we needed to sell. Didnt want to sell it but we need the money. They gave us an excellent price for it, as it is still in mint condition. It does help to phone beforehand to ensure that they currently are looking for whatever it is you want to sell, as they are not a pawn shop in that sense and do ensure that what they are buying from you is in proper working order. No problems with Cash Crusaders Durbanville.

Pathetic Criminals, I baught a laptop and tested it, 1 week later it gave me problems (havent even touched it yet) I take it back to the shop, we can fix it but no refunds is basically what they say, they wanted me to sell it thru them and lose money, they talk about warranty stickers even if they are not shure if there was one to begin with. The staff dodge managers so they wont have to deal with you, hard headed people, unprofessional, there is so much more I can say but go see for yourself

They told me that a Dixon hard rate monitor only have a 48 hour warranty. I had to show them on the brochure that the monitor have a 12 month warranty. They dont do a swop out like Game do. They will send it for repairs and I will only get it back after Christmas.Three weeks now. I followed up last week and a man promised that he will call me Monday. I phoned today Friday. The man answered and put the phone down in my ear. I phoned again and a lady answered. She told me that the warehouse is still closed! Retail closed up until the 13th?

Got there and they were closed at like 1pm. Was just told I couldnt enter and no friendly people to even say what is going on. Turns out the power was off and although it had come back on they hadnt opened again

Waited 30 minutes for an employee to obtain price . In addition , there was only one cashier and she needed to constantly reverse transactions. Employees who were responsible for reversal was not even in the shop

Under new management. Previous Managers were always helpful. On a scale of 1-10, I rate the new Manager as a ZERO.Staff are still pretty awesome though.Im definitely not going back to this store.

This has got to be the number 1 store in the country! The customer service is top notch and the owner is so kind and friendly! Big ups to Amore and her team for the best service received! Id recommend anyone and everyone to this store!

Seems to be under new management if you want to buy something there they say it has no prize come back on the 20th. When you go the on the 20th for that thing you wanted they tell you it was sold a week ago, what the hell is that? Avoid this place.

Had the phone put down in my ear after being explained to over and over again why i cannot get a price on my headset. Basically because they have never had such a (specialized headset) they cannot give me a price. Then i say look i dont want to know all the details of how everything is sold and how you buy all i want is a price thats all im asking for. Then i am told by Russell that he is going to put the phone down in ear. Then i ask are you being serious, are you really going to put the phone down in a clients ear and he says yes. So i say can please just give me a price and puts the phone down in my ear. Most shocking service ever. They try and explain all the numbers and equations to side track you where as they actually have no clue what to buy your item for. Im sorry you are so bad at your job that cant research it for me and come back to me with a price.
