Generally a good experience, staff are helpful and attentive. My only criticism would be of the company itself not the branch because they have some stupid conditions of sale for their new products in particular, not to mention the warranties which are only 6 months on new portable speakers. Presumably this is due to the quality of the battery packs used in their house brands. I typically only buy secondhand trusted brands from them anyway so thats just todays experience leaking through. But again, I cant knock this particular branch for any of that.

Contacted them and it seems like the employee lied to me about an available iPad. I have a strong feeling that he didnt want to give me product info. Maybe he wanted it for himself.

Bjorn is the worst consultant Ive ever dealt with. He sold me an HP laptop 3 months ago exactly as is, today I came to his store to put that very same laptop on by-back as I needed quick cash to sort out my cars tire. He then told me he cant take the laptop as it has 1 missing screw underneath. I told him thats how he sold it to me as he knows. He then rudley continued to say that its not hes problem. Worst service Ive ever had.

Not a bad store. Found some good bargains here. Usually good on the games side. Main complaint is how often disks are missing as well as the poor condition of disks. Often have to leave half of what I want to buy behind.

That Bjorn guy who works at the back is quite arrogant. I was not impressed by a comment he made toward me and I found that he lied about the actual value of the goods that I brought in on two occasions. I will go elsewhere and conduct business with a decent person.

I purchased a Numark Party mix at Cash Crusades Sun Valley, after i purchased the Mixer i was admitted to hospital for an operation, long story short i recover and i feel to test my mixer out only to find out the volume slider is not working correctly, the minute you increase the volume it automatically turns the bass down to zero, the unit gets booked in and 2 weeks later i get a call from the store telling me i broke the unit, it was caused by human error.......after getting upset because i no i never broke the unit.........i just left it and thought pointless arguing with a store that has already taken my money - so after another week my wife calls and it told the unit is being repaired as it is a motherboard issue.....no apology no nothing and it is almost a month now and i am still without my mixer........they cant even offer me a replacement mixer / a loan mixer nothing i must phone around after them...........every sorry i did business with this branch never again....Watergate Mall and Westgate Mall i will rather do business with you guys like before. Sun Valley Mall can get lost.

Lady needed an ambulance was choking and loosing consciousness, my phone couldnt get signal Cash Crusaders wouldnt call ambulance! Me and other people in the mall were horrified, I will spread the word about this and god forbid anyone working for them ever needs medical help!!!! DISGUSTING
