I enjoy shopping for a bargain, and they do have some really good value for money offers. The team are very helpful, they just need 2 cashiers because in busy times you wait a while to pay for goods.The shop is neatly laid out and the goods are clean and well presented. What a great experience shop far when Ive been there. Keep up the good work.Go check them out. You never know what youll find but it could just be what you were looking for all the time.

Staff cant read, people in the buy department cant read, you can sell a Samsung and they will give you a price for a Nokia, buy back staff is completely rude, cant read and a disgrace

The staff act as if they are doing the customers a huge favor just by being there. Most of them look miserable, are unfriendly and no one greets you. Every thing is too much of an effort. The problem starts from the top: When I asked the manager for assistance, she made a face palm gesture and rolled her eyes at me...???I buy and sell regularly at the Bothasig branch but I promise you that when the return / repair issue I am having is (eventually) resolved, Cash Crusaders wont see me again. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Very pleasant experience interacting with Cash Crusaders Bothasig. Telephonically, staff was able to pass me through to correct person very quickly who was Monique, the manager I believe. She was very helpful on the phone and called me back immediately when she realized she made a mistake that the laptop I wanted was not in store at the time but I was already at the store when she called. I she then came out immediately and helped me get an even better laptop at an Excellent price! Plus she gave me a free laptop case. AND she bagged my items for me. I all of this with a smile (behind a mask) 😊 I am very happy with my purchase today!!!

Staff works on a racial basis. Shopping is possible but it appears you have to beg yet paying. Could do with better Customer Care. Not recommended for the Black and proud unless prepared to knock a few heads including the white lady manager.

Temperature check and santizer was available, the store clerk assisted and advised me well, I didnt expect such good service.

Went to sell my TV and a printing machine today the guy who was helping me didnt seem to be interested at all he told me they dont take printing machine and he said hell give me R150 for my TV really??? Do something about this guy unfortunately I didnt get his name hes tall coloured guy with a beard he must find another job where hell be happy to assist customers.

Dont follow consumer protection act at all. New buyers beware. You buy something new, then want to return it within the time frame and sorry we wont accept it as now we must sell our new item second hand. Rather avoid buy anything new from here as they wont return it if its not to your liking.

Good selection of goods. Bought 2 PS3 games. Well priced and goods were in good nick.

Isles is a bit narrow

It was okay they have some nice old benches and chairs made from solid wood.

They cashed up while I was in the store trying to purchase a cellphone. Not going there again. They asked me to come back the next day. The guy helping me was super nice, but the rest of the staff were terrible.

Its an okay store. Not the best as there are a lot of cheap Chinese brands. There is an option of layby which can make it affordable for people. I have never sold anything to them, however word of mouth is that they give you very little for your items. Not a fan of Dixon products etc. The Bothasig store is a little cramped and stuff lying on the pavement makes it a little unattractive for me personally.

Terrible one day u there but ur batteries to low so u cant pt it on buy back nw u go the next day which they asked u to cum wen ur phones charged u drive ur last petrol in reserve hoping things work out. They tell u to ur face No we dont accept ur phone. Then u get told to ur face by the guy behind the counter he cant handle 5 people like me?.. Im like what, what do mean? he laughs with his manager and I ask please finish what u trying to say? He just laughs... When I was nice enough to give him a pin and some others... Its bothering up until today and I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and come across about the bad service and treatment Ive received... I wasnt rude and dont appreciate the remarks it makes me feel very Badly...

Visited the branch in bothasig..only to be helped by a crying yound lady.. Upon investigating i found out she had chest pains..I felt it was unfair to make an employee work.. While sick..I approached the rather COCKY manager,, as to why would he be so inhuman to make someone work while sick..Guess the response???They were short staffed and he cant say anything further.. Yes.. I ddnt want more details..But.. If it was him sick.. Would he be at work crying infront of customer??Thats violating someones democratic rights..

This store either has really bad damp or a dead something somewhere, cause man it smells! I walked in and immediately took an about-turn and walked out when the wall of smell hit me. Not sure if the staff dont notice it any more or just ignore it? Oh and a guy was selling his DVDs - but seriously, paying someone only R150 for about 40 DVDs (including whole box sets) is kind of miserable - I felt very sorry for the guy.

Bought DVD player which was making an awful noise...batteries in remote rusted..placed new batteries in remote and refused to operate...returned DVD with no hassles...purchased new DVD
