Very interesting store with loads to look at. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Was in the shop 24th May 2019. Chris and all the other staff were very helpful and kind. And they going to make my 3 seater and 2 chub chairs. Chris was very helpful. So will post again re quality once i receive them. Tougiedah

Love this shop always get a bargain

Wish I had checked Google reviews before making the mistake of setting foot in this shop. I was subjected to the same abuse face to face that another reviewer suffered over the phone. One partner (Brad) was very pleasant and we discussed various potential projects (i.e. a reasonable amount of potential business for them) but once partner two appeared (Chris I assume), the whole experience quickly descended into him spewing venom at me for daring to even question the merits and costs of respective countries design and manufacturing skills.I got the same line: i.e. get out of his shop as he didnt need business from people like me.Whether those are his views or not, being grossly verbally abusive to another person, and one who has chosen to walk into your shop potentially to do business with you, beggars belief.Also interested to see it was another female who experienced this from. Wonder if he would have been so rude to me if I had had my 6ft tall husband with me yesterday...a nasty nasty bully.

What a shocking experience. My client asked me to contact Guys of Design as she has urgently needed some cupboard space . I called and made an appointment for 2.00. I got a message at 3.15 saying time ran away and can he reschedule for 10.00 following day. As I was moving furniture with team I did not want to spit my day so asked if we can do it at 8.30. I also said it happens- understanding that sometimes it does not work out like expected but did say I was feeling slightly peeved as I had especially stayed at work to meet themI then got a rude call, yelling at me, swearing at me and telling me to bugger off, that I was just a bloody PA to some wealthy person. And the phone slammed down . I was astounded and called back to see if there was a misunderstanding only to receive further abuse and told tgat people like me can get lost and had phone slammed down againAbsolutely revolting, common unprofessional people to work with

They have created two excellent pieces for us.

Very interesting pieces of furniture and great deals to be had.

So much to see and experience. Owners are extremely helpful in helping you with your designs and ideas.
