It may be tucked away behind the mall, but this store has friendly, helpful staff and a nice range of goods. The Cash Crusaders line of Dixon audio equipment is good value for money too.If youre selling stuff, be prepared to get 30% of the value you estimate, then you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely a disgrace with staff that is not trained correctly on their return policy. Stating that they can only return a faulty product (website T&C states I have 7 days and CPA regulation states I have 5 days)Female cashiers states they can over rule a CPA regulation. Upon calling a manager as per cashier. The manager (which is not really a manager) states no one can assist me as the real manager is not on duty.Really disgusted in their level of customer service and lack of knowledge to their own T&C.I have never received such service from my regular branches I shop at.Truly disappointed.

Well if you desperately in need of cash,this is the place to go. Your goods are very safe. They send you a SMS reminding you to collect your goods. You also have an option to extend your cash back for a minimal fee thus you dont have to loose your goods. Staff very polite and informative.

I gave this branch a 5 star rating because the customer service was perfect, I was asked if I needed help and directed to Elize behind the desk. I went there for a computer mouse and ended up getting rechargeable batteries and a port to charge it. She was able to find products that suited my budget and I highly appreciate a company that looks after the customer needs first, if I was to buy the products I pointed out I wouldve spent atleast R550 but she took the time to find me the best deal!! 5 stars for Elize,, thank you so much for your excellent service Elize !!!

Its an average Cash Crusaders. Stock moves at an average speed and new stock is just as quick in.Much like the Table Bay CC, there is little that draws me to the Table View CC.Staff are friendly and helpful.They have some good deals on certain items which im interested in.

Terrible experience. Have to travel back and forth because the staff are not trained for correct procedures. I might as well have ordered online with all the inconvenience and let I just mention they refused to help me 20 minutes before load shedding. Even though everything was working properly. Their excuse was there isnt gonna be power. But there was 20 minutes left before load shedding.

Attempted to sell a salton steamer here, The sales guy was testing the product and as soon as he turns it on and lets the water start boiling, a burning smell starts. He didnt put enough water in and it started to burn out the element, but of course you would smell burning... Its like boiling a kettle with not enough water, how stupid do you have to be.Update until today, I took the item to another cash crusaders which gave me double the price and actually covered the element and didnt burn it out.

They have the sweetest staff who really do try to help. Their head office does make things difficult for them though as their policies are a bit unclear and branches seem to be at a loss when it comes to assisting customers with problems due to this.
