Fantastic service!Bought a bookshelf, but could only pick it up later in the week. I understand its not 100% to protocol, but they permitted this with a smile. One of the employees even helped carry the bookshelf to my car and assisted in squeezing it into my car. What a legend!

I Walked into store to purchase 2nd hand games, before I could even make it too the rack, I was stopped by one of the staff to hand in my backpack, I just finished a shift myself and was in full work uniform, even though there were numerous women in the store with handbags, he proceeded to ask me and no one else about the bag situation. I then asked the staff member if it is because Im brown coloured he said its their policy yet with all the women in the store with their handbags they were not asked the same request. I was then told by this staff member I can leave if I dont comply. (Which in hindsight I should have done) I reluctantly gave my bag and then all the staff then proceeded to watch me as I browsed their wares as if I was a thief. I eventually found 2 games(one was scratched and the other was ok) then when I got to the counter I asked the clerk if all their customers are treated like thieves upon entry, she nervously laughed said yes.... not sure if she was joking but I wasnt impressed. Ill probably wont be coming to this store again because of how I was treated... this being my 2nd visit my 1st visit no one bothered with me at all and I browsed at my own leisure. Terrible treatment this time round and your store needs to treat customers better regardless of the colour of their skin

Not every day that I will write a review on a pawn shop, but I recently found myself in a position where I had to turn to them, and I a pleasantly surprised by my experience.The staff at Wynberg cash Crusaders was firstly to accommodating, and helpful. Without explaining the unique situation, they went far out their way service wise, which changed my perspective of pawn shops just being money hungry sharks.Thanks Megan and all the other staff.

Sales could barely answer my questions about specific stock and when I asked for another branch that might have it he answered without even looking up at me.... No eye contact.Buy shop was more hello than sales.Tokai is still the best...

The main picture displayed here is a wrong one, they have actually moved on the main road, the street view picture is the correct one,otherwise they have good valuables stuff.

Awesome staff, very helpfull

The music is too loud, you cant hear what the cashier is saying. The cashiers also dont know what an RCS card is and that you can use it to pay. Useless!!
