The buy shop is very efficient. I contacted them via WhatsApp from home, very convenient. After a short exchange of messages and a few photos, they gave me a quote for my items so when I arrived at the store it was only paperwork and I was back out the door! Awesome thanks

I do pop in from time to time when in the area. The stock items are pretty much the same as the other outlets, however every now and then I find something that I fancy. As far as the staff are concerned...again, pretty much the same as the other branches, not very polite, unfriendly, and quite frankly full of themselves. If you dont have a issue with it, then pop in.

Worst service ever.... I went to go and purchase a product that according to their web site, was available and that they had x2 in stock. I got there, showed them an image of the product that I got off of their website and so they started looking for it. 20 min later the lady came back to and informed me that they do have stock, however they will have to look for it and this will take some time because no one knows where it is.... She took my number and said that she would give me a call back. It now has been two days later and I am still waiting for this call...

During this Covid19 pandemic youd think that Cash Crusaders Rosemead would adapt with the times, follow the likes of franchises like Cash Crusaders Sea Point, and offer online quotes. I called them and spoke to Josh looking for a quote for a BRAND NEW item, still sealed in the box, dont know what he needed to see in order to provide a quote. Its not like the quotation was binding, it goes without saying that it wouldve been subject to a physical inspection.Apparently, theyd rather have people queuing outside their store during a pandemic, for services that could be easily done over the phone or Whatsapp.

Staff look tired, underpaid and over worked. Store is presentable, however staff seem unmotivated, lack enthusiasm and tired. Owners should increases and incentives to inspire staff and create a better atmosphere in store.

No compromise - yesterday I went in to the shop and found a 27 monitor as a replacement for my older model. This morning when I had made up my mind to buy the R2000 monitor, and went to take my older monitor in, they refused to consider to buy my old monitor, instead saying I need to find a store that will buy it. No negotiations or any attempt to even give the monitor. Thanks, you just lost a sale amid COVID-19.

I went to buy iPhone 6, I ended up buying a P20 only to find out the guy that was helping me tall colored guy was lying this is a P20 lite and I bought it for the price of a new phone where as its a second hand with cracked screen.
