The worse customer experience manager threatens me with lawyer when she cant provide that there policy says warranty doesnt cover damages on item

Terrible service. Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for customers. Employees are also not trained well enough on how to interact with customers. An absence of basic customer relations etiquette.

Well stocked shop with great apliances and genaral home requirments. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking in Parow centre parking area. Noce shopping experiance.

Sales staff running around in a small shop no social distancing with in the shop Management are bad very bad phone people on speaker phone to get info while in public then walks away just to realize that she did not wait until the operator was done just to phone back to get to another department does not great every body always in a hurry within the store.

Friendly telephone greeting. Assisting staff member has poor framework for referrals to other branches/ shops where 2ndhand goods N/A to their store is stocked. Would be helpful if staff can refer customers to other branches or stores where they can be assisted.

This should pathetic, they never answer there phone, they had to extend my items and to my surprise I find it a few days on the floor my one pot was sold they reimbursed me to what I have loaned on the pot and not the value so who is the loser now Im very disappointed in them and at this moment since yesterday Im trying to call for a 5 day extension and no answer I swear this time if I lose an item Im gonna sue them for my goods coz they are negligence

I gave a phone of mine in as I needed cash. I completely forgot to collect the phone on the due date and phoned. They extended it with 5 days. The lady staff member who helped me as well as the manager were very helpful and extended it. Thank you!

Great place where you can get a bargain

So I bought an ipad at this store, second hand I thought because I only needed it for one purpose. The ipad that was sold to me was unable to download any apps so I took it back to exchange it for the better one I had seen in the display. I would have obviously paid for the difference. The employees proceeded to waste my time by exactly 4 hours. Then when I waited for a solution. Employees who were in a back room were talking about me wanting a refund and proceeded to swear about me when they believed I was not listening

Lots of stock. Both old and new... Very good prices. The staff is also average...

Im so disappointed in this branch after dealing with them for over 10yrs.I put my son XBox 1 for buy back and took it out paid full amount with interest that day we were in a hurry and didnt check but we noticed the box wasnt bubble wrap neither,at home we check and the controller was missing I confronted them and they want to put the blame on me for not checking,and my argument was why wasnt it wrap and why is the controller missing,now they want to offer me a deal for buying a controller and I must pay half but they already get they money in full so ridiculous- Mrs Moses
