My sons dog Roxy was diagnosed with Parvo & we werent sure if she was going to survive. We left her at Epping AA-C for about 6 days praying every night for her & what a joyous occasion it was when we collected her on Thursday. Well done to the staff & management for taking such good care of our Roxy.

I enjoy great service whenever I go there and I would recommend people to make use of their services. I guess I was more nervous then my puppy but she felt loved so she was content being treated so well.

Everytime I have taken our pets to AACL Epping they have assisted us at a reasonable fee and efficiently. There is no other place I would take our pets to and they are a worthy cause to donate to. Thank you for all you do for our pets.

Affordable for those who need it but their system with getting people helped needs some attention. Certain people (no emergency cases) go in and come out much quicker than those standing all day.

Please remember that this is an animal welfare, so you have to be prepared to wait in line. I would have given 4 stars because it is unclear due to a lack of signage where the entrance to the hospital is for newcomers. However! The young person who assisted me on Saturday with two parvo rescue puppies was an incredible person, and thanks to the assistance and guidance I received, they are both responding very well to medication three days later. It also really does not cost much to get your pets treated here, so it is ideal for those who dont have the budget required for extensive treatment at private vet clinics. A vet would likely refer you here if you do go to a private clinic and confide that you cannot afford the treatment.

Unfortunately very long wait, but it is understandable. I suggest all vaccinations should be done in one consulting room, to move them through much quicker, and other ailments between the other two.Personnel were very friendly and helpful.Was disappointed that X-ray not taken as Im sure my dog is suffering with a bone or something else logged in the oesophagus or upper stomach section. He is not showing any improvement on the medication. Something more is wrong, but I will do the full 7 day course.

Ive been supporting this organization for more than 20 years. Very disappointed when I took my 14yr Jack Russell for a consultation. Arrived at 8.my husband stood in the queue cold and it was drizzling. After a half an hour went to check how far he is, only to find out that the doors had not opened yet. During a pandemic!!!!!! The queue was growing longer and still no service. Bearing in mind the service or start of business is at 8. We left as my husband has Comorbidities.

The best and most professional vet I have ever been too.... They assist me and my puppy very well during her stay at the hospital and they took special care of her..... Im very impressed with the vet...

I took our puppy here to get vaccinated. I got there at around 10.30 and finished at 2pm. There were quite a few people on the day so the time was reasonable. The process was also great with a ticketing system and people waiting in the shade while maintaining social distancing. I am happy with the customer service and overall process. I would suggest going as early as possible to get out quicker.

I went to the SPCA in Epping. Excellent service and they looked well after my furr baby. Premises so clean and well maintained. Will defnitely recommend them to any person.

Sanitizer station should be at the door and not inside. No social distancing when lining up to get inside. Otherwise looked clean and neat.

We got a puppy that had parvo. She had to stay at the AACL for 4 weeks. While she was there she got outstanding care. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were kept informed of all her progress daily.

A typical Community Health Clinic (Day Hospital), but for Fur Babies. You stand in queues, you get a number, you wait, and wait. But the service is good by people who care.

Went there and just like all doctors rooms it was a wait. Was greeted and serviced verry promptly. They all seemed friendly and willing to help. They have an excellent special. Deworm vlea and tick. Vaccine and chip for 250 rand. Well worth the wait and trip.

The service is very good. Just need to be prepared to wait to be seen. The waiting system is very clever also, you get a number then you can wait outside until your number is called. That can be from 30mins to 3hours

From our first appointment where we discovered our dog had cancer to the last appointment after the operation, we were treated with dignity and respect by people who clearly loves animals.
