Staff are very unprofessional not service experience they dnt know how to communicate with customers n are hopeless u have to wait so long n they still give u attitude worst place ever to shop

Good selection. Very large supermarket with bakery, butcher, electronics, lawn/garden, etc.Though they have a large selection, it’s not always easy to locate everything. The personal hygiene area has too many individual shelving islands.

Really bad service. No one wants to help you. Very slow and definitely not friendly. Had to wait 30 minutes to be helped after I asked numerous times for assistance.

Our local PnP in Farrarmere better stocked, better people control, better verity and a lot cleaner. Feels like a Shoprite not a PnP. Very disappointed with our experience. Will stick to our local PnP. Bigger is not better!

Pharmacy prices are reasonable and they deliver

Their Butchery are simply awesome!! Fresh produce filled with nice fresh fruit and veggies! Love the information wall behind the cashiers!!!

It would be so nice if people can put there trolleys where they stand and not in the middle of the walk way as if the place belongs to them.

This is my go to shop when other stores have disappointed me. 90% of the time I find what Im looking for and more. Even during the early lockdown period it was stocked unlike other shops. So that has made it be my number 1 recommended shop when you are around that area.

Discusting customer service. To few open tills for the amount of people. And during covid. Seriously a total F-up. 45mins to buy 5 items

Favourite grocery shop always clean, great staff and fresh foods.

Good specials, double points in my pet purchases, lots of parking, 2 hours free parking with purchase at PnP. Wide aisles, clean store, stock constantly been unpacked, so they dont have empty shelves. The staff are always friendly. Martha, one of the managers, has gone out of her way to help me everytime Ive needed to buy a large quantity for work. There are always multiple tills open so queues are not too long. Except for month end, which is always very busy. But then more tills are opened.

Pick n Pay looking good. Havent been in there for years.

I have been there a lot and never had issues with them before.They have a great variety of goods and have lots of stock.

33 tills, 6 open. Help desk not interested to help. More interested in his cell phone. Staff standing around in groups laughing and chatting. Service sucks.

Average pricing. Staff not always very friendly and helpful. Trolleys are in an absolutely poor state. Been like this for years. Supervisors always a no show.
