Restaurant - great value for money considering the pizza size and it is really good. Offering the service of ordering via WhatsApp is also fantastic.

Hi...My wife and I have been shopping at Pnp Towers for close on 20 years. We lived in Benoni and continued being a very loyal customer after moving to Brakpan. Barry at the butcher was amazing and the cashiers and staff totally awesome. Being mainly a lamb consumer, Pnp Towers had the best quality lamb from all places I frequented. There was NEVER a time we needed to deal with senior staff cos Pnp had it covered. This Saturday there was a special at the meat section and I found myself there shortly after they opened. Customers were taking more than the 2 per customer advertised and some of them, senior citizens included were very rudely treated when at the till to pay. As a service provider there is always a better way to handle and deal with customers when the customer could potentially be in the wrong. I suggested to two persons who appeared to be senior staff standing in front of the tills, a guy and a lady with short hair at the sides that they stop the customers taking more than the 2 parcels at the meat section instead of embarrassing the customers at the tills albeit intentional or unintentional. The guy said these are not his customers hinting that these customers are only there for the specials and not regular customers. Sir, to you with all due respect, every person that enters your store is s customer and has the potential to be a loyal long term customer. In the same breath every long term customer can stop being your customer for the wrong reason. There has been a drastic decline in customer service since the new management has come in and its very noticable more due to the experience of the past. You senior staff is arrogant and this Saturday made me regret buying that one parcel of meat of lamb as the after taste of my experience continued into the braai. Im not asking you guys to change or agree with me, this is not a debate. I simply request that your management take note. Kind regards

This used to be the best Pick n Pay in Boksburg but its fast become the worst. The meat is not the same standard it used to be, the bakery section has gone downhill and the overall service is pathetic, cashiers are rude, butcher staff think they are doing customers a favor by cutting meat, the biltong has mold growing on it, the list of problems is endless. Its really a disgrace.

Great service and good selection. They have a number of items of foreign origin that can’t be found at most ships. A great place to go for a quick shopping experience. Better than the Pick n Pay hyper down the road.They could do a better job of beating their shop in a cold day.

The baked bread and rolls are hardly fresh and the cooked food is horribly salty!! The ladies serving the baked goods lie to say they were baked the same day when its as hard as a rock!!!!!

Park and pickup service amazing and so efficient. I only have praise for the staff concerned. Well done!

Nice and quiet.Ofcourse its in the burbs.The entrance is dangerous and theres a delay driving in and out....One day there will an accident caz there isnt a traffic calming mwasure to slow down the incoming cars to give time for those exiting to drive out without panicking or thinking they would be hit🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙌

I see we have new owners at Towers Pick n Pay Boksburg, they seem so defensive towards the customer, dont listen to the customer, they said the ques were long because all the bank cards were down, that was not true, mine went through immediately, the fact is they have cut down on the staff hours so they dont have the enough tellers, I just hope they will listen to the customers and not be so defensive, we pay the salaries, if the ques stay like this might as well go to the big pick n pay , that is the kind of ques they have. Sorry my review goes from a 5 to a 2

Very bad experience I generally shop at pick n pay soon to realise that one of the managers made a racist comment by saying these people always have storiesDue to the fact of a default product that I purchased and was unsatisfied I called in one the managers Sydney did mention that it was fine that they will do a refund how ever when I arrived at the store the treatment given to a customer was unacceptable.I have call recordings to back my back telephonic confersation with Sydney.Also note customers prices advertised are not always the price you see when you arrive at the till point most items are still at the normal price.Note to customers shopping at the towers take note of the meat products it looks fresh on the top underneath tells another story.
