I mostly enjoyed being one of their customers. Their service is superbly excellent.

Makes you hold up on the drive through..last week up to 10minutes .especially in the mornings(7am to 8am).till a staff member brings the food to your car..

Make sure to count your money at the drive through when giving it to them. They firstly get your order wrong, argue that you didnt give them the right amount even if you have counted it twice while waiting in the queue, then they let you wait 30 minutes to count the register (which we never received an answer). You walk out with half of your order because they did not listen and upgraded drinks as they please. Pathetic service and this was not the first time!

Terrible Service! The digital ordering screens does not have all the products on thus you are forced to order from the guy behind the counter that claims he has been working there since last year November but has no idea that he is actually selling Hamburgers! He has No clue how to operate the till and to place an order, neither can he listen to take an order properly, or have the knowledge of what it is he is suppose to sell!Avoid a total nightmare! Rather drive to KFC or Burger King! Does restaurant managers actually know it reflects bad on them if their employees does not know jack!

I went to McDonalds today, just to get a snack from my online deals and the service was good except for the fact that when I got home I had no patty on my burger. Tell me what is the point of having a burger with no patty? Or is this because I didnt order one of the larger meals? Utterly dissatisfied and I will never be visiting this restaurant again.

Very poor service from Mcdelivery! First off all the Order took one and a half hours to get to me, the food was cold, the cold drink was watery from the ice that was already meltedand the caramel that supposed to be on the doughnut melted and was underneath it

Not happy as the guard was rude and they say they open 8:00 till 20:00 but not allow walkins so if you dont havea car you need to walk in the drive thru

Open early on a Sunday morning the staff was friendly and engaging. Ive frequented this store over the years and I have never been disappointed. Its close to the highway and all the shopping centres in area.

Staff members including Lady with a different colour uniform whom seemed to be the manager was hushly urging with staff members regarding their duties. Gentleman by the stoves asking them to keep it down. For one to come in store to have some breakfast and come facing such behavior. At some point I thought I was in the wrong by rather walking in than the drive thru as I was the first customer to walk in. Service was quick and food was good, just use the Drive-thru instead to save yourself from losing your appetite

Its amazing how one bad experience can change your view of a place and you never want to go back there ever again. I frequent this place 4 to 5 times a week but as things stand I will not be going there any time soon. I was robbed right in front of my eyes my car was broken into last Friday and my laptops stolen, while having food and watching my car parked just outside the window. A bigger car than mine parked behind my car scanned for gadgets and broke into my car and left. Apparently after this happened ad I went back to report and see if I could get any help from the restaurant, the workers casually told me this happens every Friday and Saturday. I felt even though I was carrying gadgets at least as customers we deserve a warning . Something written somewhere to say be careful there are thieves around. But there was nothing of that sort. I reported the incident hopefully the law will take its course. Warning to everyone out there, do not be a victim like me. This crime has to stop. If you are carrying laptops please leave them at home or rather avoid parking there at all .

I was so impressed by the way they have changed things. Im not a huge fast food or franchise fan. But I was shocked by the excellent service we received. It was my sons first visit to a McDonalds and he was so impressed that he asked to thank the manager before we left. She was so awesome that she even gave him a hug. I also love the fact that he got a book as his toy... Its very educational and he loved the story... Thank you McDonalds East Rand

Its a nice and clean place for take out for. It has nice space around gor parking vehicles. I like the electronic kiosk, if you are tech savvy you can do the whole transaction on the display. The staff is friendly even though the interaction is minimal due to the machines.

Cappuchino machine have not been working for a few days. Sit in area only opens at 06:30 on a weekday. Cold coffee served one day. Place is neat and clean though which makes it a 3 star and not a 2

Honestly, I have been coming here for year, why now would the service be so poor, when we called to speak to a manager, a person who thought it would be funny answered in a high pitched voice being very unprofessional.

I love it daily becoz they have a VANILLA MC FIZZ. so l spend @least twice or thrice meals there and yes the service is Good and workers been friendly with me.

Not impressed. I ordered an oreo mcflurry which was R30. While I think I paid for the cup because it was half full. To the point I went to burger King for an ice cream. My chips were stale and overall not impressed with the service.

Is a very good place for a lunch out, dates and coffee in the morning. Have an extra kids play side for the family living you stressless
