The food here is absolutely delicious, they have unbeatable flavours. The value for money is also quite good. The service was great and the food didnt take long. The restaurant has a lovely, classy/casual, atmosphere. They have a really big variety of options on the menu including vegetarian. I would highly recommend going here, especially if you love Indian food.

Hi. I arrived from Cape Town, and went there with my youngest brother, arriving at 8.30 pm. The place was 50% full, and the atmosphere was excellent. We ordered our food after having starters, which arrived at the table, very promptly. The waiters were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and interacted absolutely delightfully. The service was brilliant, and the food exquisite. One needs to remember it is a Tandoori establishment. The waiters converse beautifully, and I will certainly visit soon, as I retire in 2 months, so I will time to visit them. I would recommend this establishment anytime as I was impressed, with their unobtrusive customer service. It was a glorious experience.

Ordered 2 lamb biryani today and I was very disappointed. The portions whilst substantial had hardly any lamb. Might as well been veg biryani. Unacceptable since its not cheap

Had a lamb rogan josh and a chicken korma! Were absolutely wonderful! Definitely recommend giving this place a try! Will be back next when next Im in Johannesburg!

They have delicious food. I really recommend their chicken Korma and Butter Chicken dishes. They also have many delicious selections made with the distinctive Indian herbs. Be sure to try their garlic naan bread.A great place to go for a special night out.

The food was alright, nothing wow. Great service though.Tip: stay low on the hot stuff, avoid being a friend to the toilet.

So the curries ARE NOT the same as always.. lacking flavour and theres more sauce than meat!! Wont be ordering there again ..

The food here is to die for. Lovely atmosphere as you enter and sit down. The service is also definitely the best.This restaurant has to be a usual for anyone who loved some Indian dishes!

The food has been always been tasty, however the last time we ordered, we found a fingernail in the food, which is pretty disgusting. I cannot imagine how it is possible to have a fingernail in food, unless it is intentional. There is no way a fingernail can land up in food by accident. We will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed and most disgusted.

I usually love the food here and still do but the service is HORRIBLE beyond words.We were 2 out of 5 people there and the servers couldnt even help us with a table when we asked to sit upstairs she said go look yourselves when we asked.We went upstairs and stood there while the one waiter just looked at us we approached him he did not even greet us, we literally just walked out there super mad. You will not see us there soon again.

Good authentic food and generous portions

The lamb korma and the tomato soup are perfectly made here. I dont eat spicy food so I appreciate something tasty but not hot. Its nice to be able to enjoy a meal while friends or family do their spicy thing.

A must try for the Indian visitors who visit Gauteng, Broksburg, South Africa. Nice variety of North Indian varieties and Indian breads (Rotis) Please insist on to make spicy if you are from Indian Origin as localities not prefer to have spicy food. You should try Chats section at 1st floor wherein they provide sizzlers and continental dishes. Sev Puri is a must try. South Indian varieties can be improved. You have a option of takeaway for R 80.😀

Classic India lives up to its name, with classic dishes from all regions of India, as well as some Durban classics. I had the Durban Classic Bunny Chow, one of the better Bunny Chows to be had in Gauteng. Lovely ambiance and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We guided through the various heats from mild to extra hot, and we well satisfied with our choices. We have been here a few times now, and have never been disappointed. Will definitely go back again.

Nice restaurant. My husbands food was good but I had a lamb dish and there was a lot of fat in it which I dont enjoy but still a pleasant experience. I just wont have the lamb again, there are loads of alternatives.

I really enjoy the Lamb Roganjosh Kashmiri curry here. The meat is always tender and the spices are so well blended...delicious. Their samosas are really good too. If you enjoy curry, this is the place to go. Also good value for money and the service is polite and efficient.

Good Indian food with a wide selection of dishes. The Chicken Jalfrezi was excellent, and pretty spicy even for medium heat. Range of starters is good, cheese and corn samosas were incredibly tasty and cheesy. Definitely recommend getting a selection of starters to sample if you are in a group. Overall a good experience.

So dark in the restaurant. Ordered pickles and it was disgusting. The chicken korma was good. The receptionist was sniffing so loud that it completely put me off my food.

Very tasty food with varying degrees of heat. Great service and a good classy feel. The heat level ordered is sometimes a little hotter than expected so if you cant handle hotter food just be aware or order extra riata.

Sat for almost 2 hours waiting for lunch to come to the table, only to be told that there was a problem with the burners/gas lines and they were sorry for the delay. Anpther 10min later we were told that they are unable to serve us food. This was after 3pm! The worst part was that they actually made us pay for drinks (less than R100 worth). One understands when there are problems, this happens, but to take over 2 hours to communicate to your customers is just unacceptable. I wont eat here again.

Their naan is awesome, overall it was a great evening well worth a visit

Management needs to learn to control their staff, who talk incessantly, and do not have a volume control.They also need to converse with their customers.....never once have I been asked if I enjoyed my meal. The meals are are generally both filling and of good quality. Owners need to be more involved !!!
